Jinsoul POV :
"Be careful when you're walking through here, there tends to be a lot of mud around here."
I held onto Kim Lips' hand and guided her through the bushes to my favorite spot.
"Where exactly does this creepy path lead to?" Lip had a curious expression
"Just wait and see!~" I giggled excitedly
We arrived at the edge of the path and I reached up to clear the way of any branches.
"Close your eyes babe"
Lip closed her eyes and stopped for a second "Babe? that's a new one" she smirked
"Okay now... open!" I jumped in place waiting for her reaction
"Wow! Jinsoul this is- this is beautiful!"

We sat in the sand watching the small waves crash against the shore. She laid her head on my shoulder and I wrapped my arm around her. All I needed was her company to feel sane.
"Why have I never known about this place before?" Lip asked as she looked up at me
"Well, I guess I never talked about it. This is my special place to come to when I need a break from the real world. And now I am here with an extraordinary person whom I'd love to share this very special place." I softly smiled at her
She looked at me with loving eyes, and I leaned in and kissed her forehead.
I stared out into the body of water, and I focused really hard. The water began to gently ripple.
"Do you see that?" Lip lifted her head slightly
Suddenly a ball of water began to float our way. It was the size of my hand.
I raised an eyebrow and the ball shifted into a little dolphin. The dolphin danced around in the air. It suddenly divided into two smaller ones. They dove in the breeze and formed a heart with their tails.
"Woah" Lip exclaimed
I looked over at her and smiled "Lip?"
"Yeah?" she was astonished by the art I had formed in front of her and I grabbed her chin to look at me
"Sorry, I was distracted by- well that" she giggled
I took her hands in mine and stared deeply into her soft red pupils.
"You know...we haven't had much time to kick back and relax ever since I met you. I'm really glad that I have been able to spend this time with you. I think life became so much more meaningful to me once you accepted me into your life."
She pouted "Oh don't get sappy please I'll cry~"
"Lip I will never forgive myself for what I did to you and I know you always tell me that it's 'fine' but I know deep down inside it's not."
I saw tears begin to well up in her eyes
"To think that I used to hate you because I thought all you ever wanted was to hurt me, but in reality... you were just scared. I understand that. That's why I never held it against you."
" Fear makes you do crazy things, but so does love"
"What do you mean 'love'?" She raised an eyebrow
"I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm glad that I never stopped trying. You have made a huge impact on my life and I wouldn't change it for anything." I looked away and pondered for a moment.
"That day... on the roof, I felt like my whole world had shattered. I could have stopped it, but it was too late. I want you to know that I will never do anything to hurt you ever again. If I could go back in time and fix things I would do everything in my will to make sure that never happened, none of it."
She nodded and looked into my eyes. She knew I was being genuine.
"Thank you."
"For what?"
"You took a beating for me remember?" She chuckled
"Oh yeah, I did" I looked down at my hands
"Hey, I will forever be in your debt" She winked
"Y'know I was thinking about that night... of the party and-" I turned to face her completely
"You wanted to do it again?" She looked at me suddenly
I looked at her baffled I felt discombobulated "WHAT?! NO"
"kidding! kidding... unless" she giggled
"ANYWAYS! I was thinking about how nice it felt" I thought back
"the kiss?" She smirked
"What? No, the way you helped me clean up the giant mess in my room!"
"oh" She pouted
"I'm just teasing~" I shoved her jokingly
"Jinsoul I appreciate you, ya know that?" She smiled softly
"I've been thinking about this for a while. I noticed that you have been the bold one here and taken many risks and I think I'm ready to take a big risk right now" She looked nervous
"What are you talking about?" I raised an eyebrow at her
"Jinsoul you mean the entire world to me. I don't know how you did it, but you saved me. You saved me from the evil that lingered in my home, school, and myself. You gave me a reason to keep on living."
She took my hands in hers "Jinsoul I love you. and I would love it more if you gave me the chance to call you my girlfriend?"
"I would love that very much" I leaned in and closed the gap between us
"We should get back no? It's cutting close to curfew"
We stood up and walked out of there with our hands intertwined. I never expected that one day we'd end up together. but anything is possible, right?
