CHAPTER 16

CAMEVIRLY's P.O.V.

I thought I will not make it. I had a severe headache attack earlier. Luckily, the morphine still worked. The pain subsided and that is why I was able to made it at the airport.

I ran like my life depended on it and luckily I arrived jut in time before the plan took off.

I was breathless as I took my seat on the plane. I was trying to catch my breath when suddenly the guy next to me offered his handkerchief but instead of taking it I just stare at him trying to see if I know him then he suddenly removed his sunglasses and mask. I almost blurted out his name. 

I didn't realize that Namjoon was the one seated beside me because he said that he will meet me in Jeju. He didn't mention that we will be on the same flight. I felt my cheeks burn when he wiped my sweat away and how he helped my buckled my seatbelt. 

I can still feel my temple throbbing in pain so instead of taking the chance to talk to Namjoon during the flight I chose to sleep hoping that when we arrived in Jeju I will feel much better.

I woke up feeling refreshed. 

"Are we in Jeju now?" I asked excitedly as I leaned over him and peered through my window.

 "Yes, and we need to get off now before they throw us out." he answered softly. I can feel the adrenaline coming in. 

I turned to him and gave him my biggest smile. I can't wait to explore the island. I hurriedly removed my seatbelt tried to get my luggage but unfortunately since I am vertically challenged I can't reach it.

I am getting annoyed, I tried to look around but I saw no other flight attendants. Where are they? I saw Namjoon snickered. Does this looks funny to him? I threw him a death glare but he didn't care. I saw him swiftly removed his seatbelt and came to my side and reached for our bags.

I was waiting for him to hand over my bag but he didn't give it to me. 

"Ahm, excuse me, Namjoon-ssi, my bag?" I blocked his way as I tried to take my bag he didn't gave it to me.

"It's too heavy for you, you might not grow taller anymore." He said joking as he patted my head. I got offended because he rubbed salt to my wound. I was about to get pissed when suddenly I heard him laugh.

I was frozen. I felt my heart skip a beat. I really love hearing his laugh. I didn't know that I was only staring until he stopped walking and called me.

"What are you doing? Aren't you coming?" He asked worriedly. I felt my heart flipped. 

"I'm coming!" I smiled widely as I almost run to him. 

We took a taxi that will take us to Hallasan Mountain. I looked out the car window and tried to engraved everything I see into my mind. The place looks so pretty. Some of the trees are now covered with golden leaves but there are still some part that are still green. I still can't believe that finally I am in Jeju, my dream destination and on top of that I am with Kim Namjoon, my one and only love.
