To say the people of remnants reaction was mixed would be an understatement.

For days after the broadcast and addition of moskovian channels, radio, even new access to unprecedented information caused an uproar of questions as well as burning hope as many of the faunus and even those who felt downtrodden  who learned that in moskovia all area treated as equal no matter what back ground, race, creed, or religion you are, for in moskovia all are one.

From vale they would see them with a mixed reaction or outright burning curiosity as to who they are and what they could give to remnant in the defense of grimm.

For mantel they saw hope that better living conditions could be had, from the chairmans words they now saw that they themselves were being g mistreated and opressed under the SDC and as such began an exodus to leave mantel to start a new in moskovia. This exodus was seen as a rebellion by the upper class of atlas and would do all they can to try and stamp it out, unknowingly supporting the claims from the chairman.

In the faunus nation and all faunus including the white fang they saw this as a real opportunity for change to have their people be treated as equals do to the fact that at least 80 percent of moskovia was infact walking talking evolved alpha faunus, for the white fang or at least the radical sect of them they would try and gain a military alliance as a means to secure weapons and support for their cause.

In vacuo they saw this new nation as a nation of warriors thanks to the access given to them and while some would welcome these warriors, the criminal underworld however saw them as a thorn who they would try and remove if possible for they saw these bears as a threat to their operations.

In mistral it was split as many supported opening relations with moskovia to help the people not only against the grimm but also to help raise them out of poverty that was given to them by the greed fueled mines of the SDC, however on the opposite end with the SDC backed supporters they denied any sort of political, economic, or any sort of involvement with moskovia as their masters demanded it.

For the media it was a field day as digging into the Chairmans past they would come to find out his name was infact jaune arc,a member of the arc royal family of Arcadia who used fake transcripts to get Into beacon academy, these story's would range from story's that would paint him as a man who went from a simple who became a soldier to a hero of his people, to out right hit pieces calling him a criminal who was leading a nation of criminals who were going to  try and invade remnant as a means of world conquest and global war, painting him as some kind of cartoon villain.

However the evidence debunked all of these hit pieces and simply showed that they were backed by the SDC to print whatever they were told to print.

But what did the chairman have to think about this you ask ? He simply made fun of them with a video that would get millions of views once it was released.

To say the video took a shot at all of his critics was true. When asked about the video chairman putin said in an interview "all of these people who were taking shots at me for clocks and views, well o said to my friend. Hey ! We can top them and make people laugh at the same time! So we got a band together and did the video in three days. Then next thing we knew the video had over a million views in one day and it was still growing ! And the letters, emails,messages all the support we got from the people of remnant made me smile cause I showed them how absurd the news was being trying to paint me as a bad guy."

Soon after the video was released the news agency's backed by the SDC viewership, subscribers, and any support would drop till it was only those who shared the same views as them continued to support them, which was a minority compared to the majority who supported the more truthful new agency's and even moskovian based news outlets.

However for certain huntsman in training teams and family who knew the chairman as jaune arc they only wanted to see him again in personal to re connect after learning his death never happened and to learn more of what happen to their friend, son, brother, and maybe even future husband.
