On December 23rd 2057 the Chairwoman of Moskovia was at the time of Comrade Arcs discovery walking threw Moskovias garden of Heros which is home to monuments to the heros of the mother planet.

At 2300 hours a portal had been reported appearing in the sky at the center of the park, when the chairwoman arrived at the scene she would write in the witness report. "I was standing there, shocked at the sight of a crater and in the center was a blond human covered in lacerations, blood, and signs of a massive animal attack. So I acted quick and ordered my P.S

It was December 24th 0930 hours when a statement was made by the politan bureau that Chairwoman Anastasia Putin Bear had finally found an heir and adopted a blond haired blue eyed boy by the name of Jaune Putin Bear Arc. To say the reaction was mixed was an understatement at the time.

Context is important here as by the 2050s the stallins and trotskys were in control of the politan bureau since earth's 3rd world war. So when chairwoman putin won her right of combat to be chairwoman of the politan bureau this sent waves across all over moskovia cause of her more conservative policies and very open views on wanting to reform the political system so it's less right of combat and more of representation of the people, for this she was loved by the people, however she was hated by the traditionalists. So by moskovian tradition her heir Young Jaune arc would take the role as chairman should anything happen to his mother.

Now the large burning question that was on everyone's mind is "Who is this boy ? And does he have what it takes to be Moskovias Chairman?"

After Jaune Putin was revealed to Moskovia and the Slavic Union he was soon enrolled in 2058 to the highest of educational institutions, the Moscow Academy.

Once Jaune was enrolled into the academy for the new year he was already top of his class, one subject he would excel at and was said to have a passion for was history and moral philosophy. However by mid semester 2058 Jaune came across a poster for the Moskovian Army.
