Chapter 4

"Cheryl, wait!"

Present Time...

Cheryl walked down her floor's corridors, entered her room and slammed the door behind her. Jude was on her phone and got startled by the angry redhead yet once again.

"Woah. Woah. Woah. What happened?" Jude asked as she made her way over to Cheryl's bed.

"I just tried to tell Toni about last night and she thinks that I'm trying to break them up. This is exactly what I'm talking about." Cheryl said on the verge of breaking

"How long ago did all of this happen?" Jude asked as she sat with her legs crossed on Cheryl's bed.

"Like, 20 minutes or so. I walked here, so from when I left to now." Cheryl said shaking her head

"Why did you walk? You could've called me. Or Bet-" Jude started to say until Cheryl cut her off by holding her hand up

"See I called Betty. She said that she wasnt going to leave Jughead because of my needs. I hung up and just said fuck it and started walking." Cheryl said laying back onto the bed overly upset. What Cheryl, or anyone knew, was that Veronica was able to hear every word she said. Veronica put a smug smile on her face and laid down as if her job was complete.

Not even 5 minutes later, there was a knock at the door. This knock made her nervous because it was either an upset Cheryl, or a slightly pissed off Toni. Whichever one it was, it wasn't a good thing. The door opener to Toni standing with two helmets and Veronica let her in. Toni sat her helmets against the wall and sat in the bed opposite of Veronica's. (Veronica has a room to herself). Veronica looked the door behind her and sat beside Toni.

Veronica turned Toni's face to hers and they were now looking at each other. She slowly placed her lips onto Toni and Toni fell into the kiss. Not because she wanted to kiss her, but because all of her emotions were present. Toni laid back and Veronica started to straddle her waist. Veronica started to kiss down her neck until Toni stopped her.

"S-stop." Toni said slightly pushing Veronica to stop. Veronica was sitting up- still straddling Toni's waist- and looked at Toni frustrated.

"Why?" Veronica asked as Toni looked at her.

"Because I'm not in the mood." Toni said as she sat up causing Veronica to get off her.

"You're never in the mood. We've been dating for almost a year, and nothing has happened." Veronica spat at Toni. Veronica's last words were the line.

"A fucking relationship doesn't revolve around having sex, at least not to me! It's about the things that comes with it. Like loyalty, honesty, trust. All of that! If this is what you want our relationship to be, then consider it done." Toni said raising her voice as she got off the end and grabbed her helmets. Toni opened the door and Veronica's next words caught her off guard.

"That's why I cheated on you with, Archie." Veronica said with venom and anger in her voice. Toni stopped dead in her tracks and turned around. She looked at Veronica, scoffed and started to laugh to herself. She dropped her helmets to the floor and began to talk.

"Cheryl was right and I never should've doubted her. I absolutely shouldn't have doubted her. You're lucky I'm not like my old ways, because I would slap the fuck out of you and give you a cookie for being so bold. But luckily, I'm not like that anymore. But what I am going to do is make you regret what you said to me. I'm going to make you regret what you did to me. By doing so, I'm going to choose by best option, Cheryl. You're a conniving bitch for what you did. Bye, bitch." Toni spat then knocked on Cheryl's door. She knew it was because she remembered her dorm number from earlier before.  She knocked twice and as the door opened she wasn't facing Cheryl, but a light skin with dirty blonde hair. Toni looked behind her and laid her eyes on Cheryl.

"Can I talk to Cheryl?" Toni asked as Jude sighed.

"Cheryl, Kevin's here. He wants to talk to you real quick." Jude said to Cheryl resulting in a groan. Before Cheryl got too close, Jude whispered, don't fucking hurt her again. Toni nodded and Jude moved out the way as Cheryl replaced her spot. Cheryl wasn't looking up, so she didn't notice that Toni was standing there.

"Yes, Kev-" Cheryl started to say until she landed eyes on Toni. She rolled her eyes and back away about to close the door. Before she could do so, Toni grabbed her arm and pulled her in planting a soft kiss on her lips. Cheryl was shocked by what was happening, but she eventually fell into the kiss. Cheryl was cupping the sides of Toni's porcelain skin. Toni was holding Cheryl's waist pulling the two closer. This lasted until air became a problem and they parted lips.

They leaned their heads together as they were trying to grasp for air. Cheryl smiled a little and Toni did as well.

"What was that for?" Cheryl asked Toni in a whisper

"I needed to know that I was making the right choice. And I was." Toni responded. They parted foreheads and looked at each other in the eyes. They leaned in for another kiss and this was even more deep than before. Jude wasn't going to sit any longer for this, so she got up and walked around the two girls.

"Y'all got the room to yourselves. I don't really care what you do. But I'm telling you this, if you do anything. And I mean anything, on my bed. I'm killing the both of you. Got that?" Jude said through gritted teeth as the girls nodded. Before Cheryl could pull Toni into the room, Toni remembered her helmets. When she went next door to get them, Veronica was at the door just looking at the two. Toni smirked as she grabbed the helmets.

"That's what you call feelings. True feelings." Toni said as she walked away smirking. The two went into the room and started making out. After about 10 minutes, they stopped and was laying in bed cuddling.

"Why'd you choose me? Why didn't you stay with her?" Cheryl asked as she drew unpredictable patterns on Toni's arms.

"Because my true feelings started to overpower my posed ones. She blurted out, loud as hell, that she slept with Archie. Which I'm guessing is the redhead that I saw in my class earlier. If I knew, I would've knocked his fucking head off." Toni said as Cheryl giggled from how cute Toni was when she was mad

"Just know, he didn't grow up like that. Not at all. His father doesn't condon that. That's probably why he's acting out now. His father is over the top a good person, his mom as well. I don't know why he's acting like that." Cheryl said to Toni who was starting to get sleepy.

"Cause he's a boy. Boys have that reputation. Not all, but the vast amount of them do." Toni said with her eyes closed. Cheryl looked up and saw Toni sleeping. She smiled and kissed her on the cheek. Cheryl repositioned herself so that Toni was in her arms, head on her chest. Toni snuggled into Cheryl more and feel into a deep slumber. Cheryl scratched Toni's scalp and eventually fell asleep.

It's only this short because I wanted to make this chapter specifically about this. I'm hella tired and barely got sleep. Hope you enjoyed. If there were any spelling errors, go ahead and correct me.
