Ju kyung and Eun sang walked in the school as they happily talked about each other's interests. The brunette frowned when Ju kyung held her by her wrist and turned her the other way. Before turning around her eyes fell on her brother and she immediately understood ju kyungs behaviour.
"Is something going on between you two?" Her eyebrows raised as she looked at the blushing girl. "No nothing. With who? Suho. No. never." The long haired girl rambled on as she walked faster still having a grip on the brunette. "I didn't even mention his name. By the way aren't we supposed to go to school? Why are we going the other way?" She laughed at her own first sentence. These two teenagers were so in love And they didn't even know.
"Where are you going?" Now stood a six foot giant blocking the two girls mainly Eun sang. "We are going to, school." Ju kyung said now turning the other side taking the brunette with her.
"Aish! People need to stop pulling me everywhere. I'm not a toy." She scoffed silently as she allowed herself to be dragged forward. Not even one minute had passed and Seojun was again in front of Eun sang. He opened and closed his mouth like a fish but no words came out. He didn't even know why he stopped her. He just needed to be close to her. Not knowing what to say, his heart continued beating erratically as he gulped at her sight.
"What? Are you going to make fun of me? Are you going to keep on joking about how you like me and how you will do everything I say?" Eun sang's face was now curled into a smile as she teased him using his own actions against him. Little did she know how fast his heart was beating at her words.
"No I won't. Happy." "Very."
The roaring sound of Seojun's friends came from behind with Kim chorongs being the loudest. "He'll do everything you say." "I'll do everything you say."
"What? You just agreed that you won't. At this point you're just making fun of me." Her voice loud as everyone heard her. Yet her tone remained soft. She never could bring herself to get angry at Seojun. "Dare you make fun of her again. I won't stand still. Let's go Eun sang." Ju kyung said holding her fist up in attempt of scaring him and walking away with the brunette.
The students patiently sat as the teacher started giving people their results. Eun sang's gaze was on her other best friend, Kang Soo-jin. The girl sat there anxiously waiting for her name to be called. Ever since she the brunette had found out that she was being tortured by her father, she decided to try and purposely fail in exam. She really hoped Soo jin would now come number one but her mind reminded her that her brother was also very clever. If only she could also tell him to fail by purpose. Everyone's names was called as they took their results and sat down. For the first time in her life Eun sang was happy that she wasn't first. In fact, she was third.
"Why are you smiling so much at this piece of paper?" Seojun snatched her report from her hand as she sat down. "Aish, you're third and you're smiling. Shouldn't you be sad that your not first as usual?"
"No I'm not sad at all. Not one bit. As long as I'm top three, I'm happy." She replied smiling that her strategy worked and Soo jin beat her.
She stood up from her seat and went to talk to Soo jin who was crumbling up her report. "Yah, Soo jin. What number did you get? I got third-" "Don't! I know you failed by purpose. I don't want your pity." Soojin spoke her words striking Eun sang like poison. She walked away from there throwing her report card towards Eun sang, who was shocked as the peice of crumbled paper hit her forehead. The brunette wanted to go and comfort her friend but realized that she would only make matters worse.
The two twins rushed out of class as soon as they heard about their fathers whereabouts in their school. The one thing they tried so hard to hide was coming out of the shadows in a matter of seconds. Not wanting to even greet their father they went for lunch instead. "Guys, I have news. Is Lee Joo Hun your dad?" A student came in the cafeteria shouting and pointing at the twins. Now everyone knew.
The spoon that was once in her mouth fell back into the bowl almost staining her expensive uniform. "Lee joo Hun? Yah, Eunnie how many secrets will you keep from us?" Soo ah whined watching the brunette whose head was hung low. She immediately stood up and walked out of the cafeteria with Suho. "Aish, Suho doesn't like it when people get to know about his father?" "Soo jina, you also knew. I'm always the one who never knows anything and I've been with Eun sang more than you guys even." Soo ah was done. Her anger was gone. She was at a point where she didn't care. People especially her bestest friend had been keeping too many secrets from her.
The brunette marched outside with anger and murder in her mind. Bypassers could see the anger fuming out of that small body. Her shoes clicked the pavement as her feet picked up their pace. Suho was already ahead of her talking to their dad. Hands wrapping around her figure from behind stopped the girl from walking forward. "Let.go.of.me."
"Seojun! I swear to God if you don't remove your hands from me, I will personally kill you and send you to hell." She tried her best to get out of his grip but he was way stronger than her.
"No never. I'm not letting you go. You're angry and you're not thinking straight."
"Of course I'm not thinking straight. How can he come here and spill our secret even though we told him not to. How can he introduce himself as our father after all he did?" Her voice was breaking as her anger turned into numbness.
"After what he did to my mother..." The petite girl broke down as tears rolled down her red rosy cheeks. Her knees gave up on her as she fell on the floor taking Seojun with her. "I hate him. For everything. I hate him."
"I know. It will get better." Seojun rubbed her head as she cried onto his chest as her whole body almost placed on his.
"Don't give me false hope." Her tears coming out more as she thought how worse the situation could get. She didn't want to keep false hope on a person that had cheated on her mother. She missed her mother.
"I'm not. If anything goes downhill, I'll always be here with you. I promise."
