You kneel before my throne unaware that it was born of lies

Head dug in her book, Eun sang strolled into the school not bothering to wait for her brother who was already prepared to ace the test. Not even bothering to watch where she was going, her head came into contact with a soft and warm price of flesh. Seojun's hand. She took a step behind and saw a huge tree ahead that she was about to hit.
"I almost cracked my head open." Her hand gripped her head in gear of what was about to happen. She couldn't risk anything happening to her brain before exams. "Thanks."
"I was saving the tree." His soft hand pushed her head gently as if trying to prove his point and calling her head a solid peice of rock. His feet turned in his place as he moved to walk, smirking as he knew that she would follow.
"A rock?! You're so mean." She jumped her shoulder against his as she continued reading. "Have you even read for the exam?"
"Exam?!" "Right, you didn't even know we have one. Which planet does your world revolve around?"
"Is it valid to say planet Eun sang?"
"W-what?" The brunette stuttered. He had openly admitted that his brain revolves around her thoughts and she has no idea how to react. "I know you don't care about exams but this is extreme. How can you not care about exams!"
"Shh. You're starting to sound like my mother."
"Well if I have to get you to study then I don't mind sounding like her." A faux smile played on her lips as she turned to him. Her hand gripped his wrist as she pulled him towards the closest bench.
"I know you love me but you need to keep your hands to yourself in public." He smirked as her face turned tomato red. She smacked his arm as he let out a groan. "That hurt."
"It will hurt more of you don't read this book." The book on her hand landed on his lap as she created a safe distance between where they sat. Her eyes glared at him, making him realize that the only way out of this was to skim through the book as fast as possible.
His head didn't understand what the letters in the book were saying. He understood them but he couldn't memorize them. That was painful on its own. "I give up. Tell me your favourite number from one to five."
"I'm not choosing a number just for you to use it as guess work in an exam." She retorted standing up with him as she crossed her arms.
"Nevermind. I already know it's one. Because the Lee's always strive for the best which is first." He said mockingly as he laughed at her once before waking away and throwing the book behind as it perfectly landed on the bench. Her eyes widened as she saw her book being thrown. She really loved her books and hated when people mocked her for it. Fuming, she walked behind Seojun towards the exam hall hoping he would apply abit of what he read and not just use guess work.
The brunette entered the classroom and her eyes landed on one of her best friends. She placed her hand on Soojin's."Hey, calm down. You're going to do well. I promise."
Soojin Immediately glanced up and stopped fidgeting. Her hand relaxed but she needed to get out her kenton anxiety and fear of her father. "Don't pity me. Do the exam seriously. I don't want to come second to Suho knowing that you backed down the competition."
"Sure." A fake smile on Eun sang's face as she heard Soojins words. "I plan on doing no such thing. Bring the competition because I've never been more prepared."
As Eun sang went to sit at her desk, Soojin realised what she had done. She had just told her friend to not help her out. She had invited her father's fury as she was sure she would now come third. Her brain knew it as clear as crystal that there was no coming out of an exam with a win when competing with two Lee twins in a exam. The duo was always prepared. Even if they didn't read, they could ace any test. The thought of that made Soojin's heart raise to a unhealthy beat as she glanced back at Eun sang. As the brunette caught her eye, she just smiled and Soojin responded with a fake one. She really had no reason to smile at the moment. Her face angled itself forward as the crooks of her mouth returned themselves to their original place, erasing any sign of a smile. Little did she know, her friend would do everything on her power to help her. Despite her previous behavior.
As the paper came in sight, Eun Sang charged at it. The questions seemed easy but she did not lift her pen to write anything but her name. She looked at Suho as he did the same thing. The twins had decided to fail themselves and let their friend pass. She needed the win more than them. They wrote a few answers but left most blank to make sure they didn't get more marks then Soojin.
The students filled the class the next day as early as possible waiting for their grades to be announced. Many chewed their nails as anxiety hit them like a rock.
"Remember that your grades do not define who you are." Their teacher announced smiling as he tried to remove the pressure from everyone.
"The highest grade is taken by Kang Soo-jin. Let's give her a round of applause." Everyone sat startled for a few minutes as they stared at the twins. They were usually the ones that had the first position so it came as a shock that soojin had it. Breaking the ice cold silence, Eun sang started to clap causing everyone around her to clap. Soojin had the biggest smile plastered on her face. That's what mattered to Eun sang by the end of the day. She always wants her friends to be happy.
"Eunnie, what did you get?" Seojun pooped his head at her desk as he tried to see what she got. "I got an 88."
"Wow thats good. But I'm surprised you didn't get a 100 like you usually do." He wondered as he looked at her smiling face. Something weird was going on. She was not the person to smile at an 88. The more surprising thing was how neither did the twins got the highest. It's like they had planned to fail. "Keep in mind that I'm not perfect, Mr.Seojun."She winked at him surprising him.
"In my eyes you are." He whispered walking away leaving the girl baffled.

Later at night, Eun sang cooked dinner as she waited for her brother. Suho walked in with a smile, something he rarely did. "Where were you all this time?" Eun sang places the soup in the bowls as Suho sat down still in his own world.
"I was with Ju kyung at the comic store." He mysteriously let out a laugh as he tasted the soup.
"Why are you smiling so much? Oh.my.god. You kissed."
"Wh..what are you talking about?" Suho was startled as he spat out his soup directly landing on the brunettes face. He immediately stood up and started sto walk to his room trying to escape the monster of his sister rthat would continue to tease him of he continued to sit there.
"You didn't deny it." Suho heard her loud voice as he entered his room closing the door with his back as he fell against the door. He was just to happy. Ju kyung made him happy.
