"Giant let me go, I need to answer the door" I said trying to take his arm off of me. "Bug hurry back, I'm cold," he whined. "Wait, I think it's my brother go hide in my room," I said, pulling him off the couch and towards the staircase. Ding. It rang again. Crap. It's probably my brother. I quickly but hesitantly walked to the door. I slowly looked through the peephole. Oh. It's my food. I open the door, thank the man and then call Declan downstairs. I sat down on the couch and started to drink my skittles freeze.
After a minute or so Declan still doesn't show up. I went upstairs and into my room. He wasn't there. I freaked out. "Declan" I called out. He didn't answer me. Then I noticed the window was open. I walked towards the window and looked down. Nothing was there, no one was there. He left me. I walk away from the window towards the door. Teary eyed from the thought. I walked down the hallway almost at the staircase. "BOO" someone yells from behind me.
I let out an ear piercing scream and began to cry. "It's just me bug, it's just me" I heard someone say. Declan. I opened my eyes and yup there he was. He walked over to me and wrapped me into a tight hug. "I'm sorry," he said into my hair. "I thought you left. I saw the window open. I thought you were gone. You're such a jerk," I said, voice cracking. "I'm sorry bug, I'm so so sorry," he said again. I didn't respond.
I'm on a roll today.
"Who was at the door?" he asked, still hugging me. "My lunch," I said, my voice quavering. "Oh well did you eat?" he let me go and grabbed my hand and started leading me downstairs. "No, I'm not hungry anymore". We got downstairs and we continued watching the movie. "Bug, your food is cold now". "I know. It's not like I was going to eat it anyway. Is it cold here?". "Um not really. Come here I'll keep you warm" he smiled pulling me closer towards him by my waist. "Declan even you're cold. I'm still cold" I whined. "Alright I would get you a blanket but I don't know where they are so I'm gonna do the next best thing." He slightly pushed me up so I wasn't pressed against him and took his jacket off. Then he gave it to me. I obviously accepted it and slipped it on. "Much better" I smiled and thanked him.
I don't think I've ever done this. Whatever this is with a boy. Especially one I barely know.

We ended up finishing the movie and now it was around 3 o'clock. We went to my room and just chilled. We talked, we cuddled, I did a fashion show of my new clothes I bought a few days ago, and he let me paint his nails. The point is we had fun.
Of course it had to get ruined by my amazing brother.
I got a text from him and it said "Be home in 10". Of course he had to come right now. Whatever. I frowned. "What's wrong little bug". Declan asked. "Darren texted me and he said he is 10 minutes away" I delivered the bad news. "Oh" he frowned. "You have to go soon." I stated the obvious. "Can't I just sleep in your room? Or in the guest room? I really don't want to go home" he whined. "I'm sorry you have to. Darren would kill me if he found out I was even somewhat friends with you" I laughed. "Why am I too sexy? He has no reason not to love me," he smiled. He posed with his hand on his hip and made a kissy face. He is so cocky.
"Exactly. You are too nice looking for your own good." I smirked. "You don't think I'm sexy" he put his hand to his heart pretending to be hurt. Drama king. The garage door opened. "Darren's home," we said at the same time.
