Skulduggery's POV:

"Ow!" I shouted and then it all went black.
Valkyrie's POV:
"Ow!" I heard him shout. I pulled away quickly.
"Skulduggery, Skul! Skulduggery Wake up!"
I dragged him out of the car and sat him up against it. I shouted again. "Skul? Skully!! Wake up." I said getting louder each time. A thought occurred to me.
"I hope you will forgive me" I said and punched him as hard as I could across the jaw.
His head lifted and he looked at me confused but also angry. " You punched me" he said
"Yes, I did" I replied
I got in the car next to him, careful not to touch him again. We sat in silence then I turned on the radio which we bickered about which cannel to put on for over an hour. When we got off the plane hours after we got back into the canary car which he must have used to drive here.
