*this story is set five years after DOTL, Ghastly, Kenspeckle and many other of Derek's awesome characters who unfortunately died are alive. (yay)* (when I started this, resurrection onwards didn't exist so, if you've read Derek Landy's awesome new books, just pretend they don't exist :)) Valkyrie's going back. After five years I America, she was going back to Ireland. She had no idea what she'd find when she got there, but she was about to find out. Things, people, and pretty much everything has changed. Including skulduggery. Both he and Valkyrie have discovered something that neither of them expected. And when an unexpected visitor shows up, the dead men will have to make sure they're focused enough for the task at hand...and make sure the world doesn't end in the process........ Again. Fair warning, I wrote the first four or so chapters of this ages ago, and my writing has gotten better since then. So, bare with the bad writing for the first bit, I promise it gets better :D. (I can't actually guarantee there won't be any mature content. Still working on the story. Just warning y'all. If you're not into that then skip the chapter.) Oh yeah! And Erskine is good.

This is a Skulduggery Pleasant fan fic. This is set after Resurrection (Valkyrie has ran away and has been missing for 5 years but the ending to Resurrection did not happen! I ONLY OWN ONE OF THE CHARACTERS SO FAR, THE MAIN ONES, HOWEVER, BELONG TO THE KING OF WRITING, DEREK LANDY! Darquesse is gone. The world can rest, knowing that it is safe once more. But something is wrong and Skulduggery is the only one who realises it. With no one left to turn to, and only Valkyrie on his side, the pair of detectives set out to destroy this new force, but they don't know anything about it. What will happen when Valkyrie realises her feelings for Skulduggery and Skulduggery enters a hell only his wife can pull him out of. This story will contain Valduggery and Ghanith. (Ghastly hasn't died, i am still in denial.) (Sorry Fletcherie fans and actually i dont know what the people who ship Tanith and Billy - Ray are called, but they will not be featured in this story, i ship Valduggery and Ghanith way too hard. May contain SMUT, not sure yet, I'm just going to see where the story goes to be honest.
