Kagome
"Do you have everything you need, Kagome?" My mom asked me, standing in front of me and Inuyasha by the well. We're about to reunite with our friends on the other side to continue searching for whoever hurt Kaede. I don't really care that he's searching for me, or why. I only care about how he hurt her. We'll make him pay for what he did, that's for sure. "Yes mom, we're all set to go." My mom hugged me and Inuyasha and said for us to take good care of ourselves. We leave promising her we will. Inuyasha promises to make sure nothing will ever happen to me while he's around, and how he's not going to let me out of his sight, not even for a second. I guess I should've seen that one coming. He can be so protective sometimes. But that's something I've somewhat grown used to. Comes with the territory of being with him. I love him and because of that, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Inuyasha
We return to the other side of the well. Our friends already waiting for us, sitting in the grass in front of the well. "Welcome back!" Miroku and Sango exclaimed when they saw us. "How was your test Kagome?" Shippo asked. "I think I did okay, won't actually find out for a while though." Kagome sighed, clearly stressed for not knowing for sure yet. "I'm sure you did great Kagome! We believe in you!" Sango exclaimed. "Thanks you guys. I really needed that." I help Kagome over the edge of the well, where she was sitting, and we all sat down on the grass. "Alright, who's hungry? Me and Kagome cooked!" I was excited for everyone to try the good food me and Kagome had prepared together for us all.
"You cooked Inuyasha? Didn't think you knew how to." Shippo stated. "I can prepare a few things, I also had Kagome's help so it was no big deal." I say annoyingly. "Wow, I guess miracles really can happen." Shippo said. I got aggravated and hit him on his head for being so damn disrespectful to me. He whines and Kagome gives me one of her death glares. "Inuyasha!" Uh oh, I know what she's going to do. "No, wait Kagome, please don..." "SIT!" I fall face first hard into the ground.
Kagome
That Inuyasha can be so irritating and rude sometimes I swear! "The hell? What was that for Kagome?!" I cross my arms, and look the other way. "You can be so rude sometimes Inuyasha! He's just a child!" "Heh, a child with a smartass mouth! He shouldn't have said that." This time I look at him. "He's still just a child Inuyasha! Would it really kill you to be nicer to him?!"
Sango
Classic Inuyasha and Kagome argument. Though, it was weird them not fighting at all the last time she was here. Inuyasha actually has a kinder, sweeter thing going on around him now, now that he and Kagome are finally together. Something I couldn't be happier for them over. It's amazing and seriously about time! We always knew they were in love, what with the way Inuyasha would always go after her first in any sign of danger. The way he held on to her when she was worried about him or just needed to be held. The way he would look at her with adoration and pure love in his eyes when she talked excitedly about something. The proud looks he was constantly giving her after winning a battle together. Yes, nothing sweeter than that. Even while they're arguing like this, you can still see it. How they would do anything in the world for the other, loving them, caring for each other. The constant worry of losing each other. It truly is a beautiful sight to see. They sure make for a precious couple. If only me and Miroku finally had that... Only time will tell I guess.
