i looked over at Ayden, then at Alex. we were sitting in the front office. Ayden shouldn't have to be in here. they didn't do anything. Alex and i on the other hand probably should be in here. earlier this morning Alex was pissing me off and we got in a fight. Ayden had to pull me off him, and somehow got caught in the drama. Alex never hit me so i take the blame for most of it, and i did punch him in the face, but he deserved it.
"Y/N, Alexis, Ayden, Principal Bennett will see you now." The lady in the front office said to us.
As we walked into the principals office we received a glare from our principal, it looked like he wanted to kill us.
"Students, what happened this morning is not acceptable here. what was that about."
"Well you see-" i started before Alex cut me off.
"I slapped her friend in the face." Alex replied to our principal.
"what no-" I started again before getting interrupted again.
"and then Y/N punched me back, she is not in the wrong, neither of them are, i am." Alex finished.
"well i can't say i'm surprised alex, your behavior has gotten worse lately, and your grades have been dropping. But still Y/N punched you so you will both be receiving a week of detention, as for ayden you're off the hook you can leave." Mr. Bennett said and ayden stood up and left.
i looked at alex, i didn't understand why he was taking the fall for this. he looked back at me and had a look of defeat on his face.
"Mr. Bennett sir, you have a call on line three from an angry member of the PTVO." The front office lady said.
"get to class you two. if i hear one more thing involving you two, you will both be suspended." Mr. Bennett said opening the office door.
**RING**
Alex and I had walked out of the office and i turned to him as we were walking towards our 2nd period class.
"what the fuck was that? why'd you take the fall?" I whisper yelled as we were walking through the crowded hall.
"You should be grateful dickhead. I'm already in enough trouble with the school, you on the other hand are a perfect student. you were just practicing self defense for your friend." He said angrily.
"Okay, whatever alex but you had it coming. you've been pissing me off for two years straight i couldn't take it." I replied
he laughed, "any askers?" he said as he entered his class just as the bell rang.
