It was one of her days-off, Jinsoul decided to try her luck in composing a song or two. Though as time passed, she started losing energy and motivation yet she made little to almost no progress at all. And this bummed her a lot.

Jinsoul then decided to call you over in hopes of regaining her lost energy and motivation. And hopefully you'll share a little bit of your musical creativity as well.

Meanwhile, you were lying on the couch as it was also your day-off. You were playing PUBG on your phone when suddenly someone called mid-game. You groaned and was about to throw hands at who called, instead a smile made its way on your face upon seeing the caller's ID.

"Hey."

"Sup, fishie."

"Can you come over?"

"What for?"

"I need help."

"With what?"

"Writing a song."

"Ahh.. got no brain juice?" You teased.

"That along with inspiration, energy, and motivation."

You didn't exactly know how to reply to that, so you stayed silent for a minute.

"Oof.. that sucks."

Another silence.

"So are you coming or not?"

"Yeah, of course. Be there in a few."

"Alright, be careful."

"Will do. See ya, princess."

Jinsoul blushed after hearing the pet name, still not used to you calling her such things. A few butterflies had fluttered in her stomach, though it soon died down while she waited for you.

A few minutes after the call, you finally arrived at her agency. You then made your way to the room where she was and went in, only to see her lying on the desk with her eyes closed. Chuckling, you took a seat next to her. The sound of the chair dragging against the floor startled her.

"You really out of brain juice huh?"

"Oh shut up."

Jinsoul sat up straight, fixing her hair then the still-empty sheet papers on the desk. At the same time, your eyes were following her movements and eventually settled on her perfect facial features.

Feeling your gaze on her, Jinsoul turned and met your eyes.

"What? Is there something on my face?"

You hummed in reply. Before she could start wiping her face, you quickly added.

"Beauty. There's beauty on your face."

This earned you a shove from the blushing girl as you laughed.

"Ahh what the hell."

After you both settled down, you finally started to work on a song together. With Jinsoul on the piano and you on the guitar, the once-empty sheet papers started stacking up, filled with notes and scribbles.

"You think it'd sound better if I add this on top?" Jinsoul asked and played a melody. Her fingers glided graciously across the piano keys.

"Hmmm.. Not bad. But I think it'd be better if we do that on the bridge. For more impact, yaknow?"

"Ohhh right right."

After a few hours of productive work along with some flirting on the side, the both of you have managed to create a couple of songs. With one or two songs already having their recorded guide vocals.

"And I think.. that's that."

You stopped the song and started saving it to the computer, duplicating a couple for you and Jinsoul to keep. Jinsoul stretched from her seat next to you, a groan leaving her lips.

"Can't believe we did all that in like what- 3.. 4 hours?"

"5 ½ actually." You corrected.

"What?! No way??"

Looking at the clock, Jinsoul saw it was almost 8 in the evening. Suddenly, her stomach started to grumble. Hearing that made you chuckle.

"C'mon princess, let's eat dinner."

Upon hearing the word "dinner", Jinsoul immediately stood up and quickly followed you out the building.

"Hey, slow down fishie! Since when were you this fast?"

"Hurry up then, y/n! I'm starving!"

After having a scrumptious dinner, you both headed back to the studio. You were on the couch, editing and writing lyrics for one of the songs you both made. Jinsoul, on the otherhand, had her head on your lap with her arms wrapped around your waist.

"Got any plans tomorrow?" Jinsoul's voice came out muffled since she was snuggling her face against your stomach.

"Nope, why'd you ask?"

"Hmm.."

"Lemme guess, you wanna pull an all-nighter again?" You teased.

Feeling how Jinsoul got nervous, you quickly tangled your fingers in her silky hair, slowly combing her strands. Something you'd usually do to help her loosen up and to reassure her that things are okay.

"I mean, if you're up for it? It's okay if you don't want to, no worries."

"I don't mind, as long as it's you princess."

Jinsoul sat up and beamed at you.

"Really??"

"Uhm.. Hold on. No, not really."

The girl may be dubbed as the dumb one in the group, but she sure caught your sarcasm. To which, lead her shoving you for the nth time.

"Geez why are you always like this?"

"'Cause I like teasing you, princess. And I also like you too."

Jinsoul rolled her eyes at your flirty remark, but it didn't fail to make her feel the butterflies in her stomach, along with that fuzzy feeling swelling in her chest.

"It still boggles my mind as to why I'm still with you."

You placed a finger on your chin and cocked your head to the side as you faced her.

"Hmm.. maybe because you like me too much?"

The adorable sight of you acting cute had practically melted Jinsoul's heart in less than a millisecond. She then moved closer and hugged you.

"Maybe I do like you."

On the spur of the moment, the girl quickly pressed her lips against the warm skin of your cheek.

"And maybe just a little bit more."

You smiled at Jinsoul's way of confessing and hugged her back, just a bit tighter.

Jinsoul wasn't one who's really vocal about her feelings, and she wasn't one to say it directly either. But when she does, it was really endearing and it never fails to tug at your heartstrings.

"I love you too, princess."

This is gonna be my Valentine's Day special for ya'll hehehe. Early, I know cuz I still have work on that day :')) So that I won't forget to upload, better do it in advance.
