Cuddles 🛌

It was a rainy day and luckily, it was both you and your girlfriend's day-off as well. Ryujin was in your room upstairs taking a nap, while you were watching tv downstairs in the living room.

You sat on the sofa, stroking your puppy named Zoe while watching a cooking show, since your favorite k-drama ended a while ago. Soon enough, your stomach grumbled.

You stood up and made your way to the kitchen to cook something.

~ Fast forward ~

You were about to pop the fries in the oven when a foul smell entered your nose. You turned to where you assumed the odor came from, only to see your puppy circling around her own poop.

"Oh Zoe..."

Sighing, you cleaned her mess, leaving the tray of raw potato strips on the kitchen counter.

After throwing the bag with your pup's poop, you went back to the kitchen to finally cook your fries. As you turned the corner, you saw Ryujin took one of the strips and nibbled on it.

"Babe no-"

"Eugh, what the fu-"

You couldn't help but laugh at your girlfriend's disgusted face as she examined the strip in her fingers. Your laugh caught her attention.

"Baby, what's this?"

"That's a french fry, honey."

"But why does it taste... slimy? Are those spoiled?" She asked, nodding her chin to the tray.

In a fit of giggles, you replied. "Of course it's slimy, Ryujin. I haven't cooked it yet."

Her eyebrows scrunched, "Wait, these aren't cooked yet?"

"No. Not yet, baby."

"Why isn't it cooked yet?"

In great timing, the young English cocker spaniel came in the room with a chew toy in her mouth. Her tail wagged in joy when she saw you two.

"Our baby here made a mess on the floor and I had to clean it up."

Ryujin picked up the puppy and cradled her like a baby in her arms. She cooed as she rocked her back and forth.

"Awww, did our Zoe give mommy a hard time again?"

You looked up at the two from the oven, "Byullie and Dallie wouldn't like to see their mother with a puppy."

Ryujin smiled at the thought of her babies getting jealous over her with Zoe. She scrunched her nose at your direction.

"Nahhh, I doubt that. They're cats. They don't give a shit."

You chuckled, shaking your head.

Ryujin slowly placed Zoe on the floor. "Well, guess I should go sleep more."

Closing the oven door and setting the temperature, you turned to her. "Yeah, I guess you should, Ryu."

You then made your way to the sink to wash the dishes but you still sensed Ryujin's presence in the room.

"I thought you're going to sleep?"

Ryujin had her lips puckered as she stared at you, until she raised her arms and did grabby hands to your direction. And in the cutest voice ever, she spoke.

"Cuddles~"

You only smiled at her antics as your heart exploded from the sudden aegyo. Chuckling, though you smiled apologetically.

"Sorry but not now, baby. I gotta do the dishes first."

You turned the faucet and began to wash.

"You should get to bed first, I'll come cuddle once I'm done here. Alright?"

Ryujin wrapped her arms around your waist from behind and snuggled against the crook of your neck.

"Cuddles first. I'll wash 'em later when we get up."

You faced Ryujin causing her to lift her head and look at you. Raising a brow, you asked.

"Are you sure you'll wash them?"

Ryujin nodded with a hum and pecked your lips as she reached to turn the faucet off.

"Yeah, now let's cuddle."

Soon enough, you were dragged to your shared bedroom. Though, the plans of immediately jumping to bed were completely thrown out off the window upon seeing it already occupied.

On the sheets, two furballs were splayed in the middle. Their positions clearly took a lot of space and it definitely showed how comfy they are.

"Looks like Byullie and Dallie beat us to it." You giggled at the cute sight, getting your phone out to take a picture.

"I'm sorry my babies, but your mommies need to sleep too. Especially this mommy."

"Ryujin no-"

Ryujin shoved both Byullie and Dallie off the bed, and luckily, cats always land on their feet. Though, Byullie seemed to not like it and hissed at her mother.

"Yeah? Well, fuck off Byul."

"Ryujin.."

I'm really sorry I had to do that to Ryu's babies (I also have one and I had to do the same sometimes :'>). I really really find them so cute :3 and seeing Ryujin with them makes mah heart go soft uwuu.

Anyways, do you guys have pets?
Like I mentioned above, I also have a cat (name's Minko, he was given to us) and a dog (a rottweiler mix, his name's Rottie).
