Leon walked outside carefully with Helena and Ren right behind him. They point their guns around until Helena saw Simmons standing a little higher above as the train pass right behind him.

Helena: Simmons!

Four guards by Simmons then point their guns at the three as they did the same.

Simmons: Well, this is unexpected.

Sherry: No! wait!

She said running up from behind the three with Jake.

Simmons: Ah, Agent Birkin. Impeccable timing. Kindly take these three into custody, won't you?

Sherry: They said you were involved in the terrorist attack. Is it true?

Simmons: What, are they running down the streets, screaming it to anyone who'll listen?

This made Ren grit his teeth as he stared at Simmons. He so wanted to kill him right then and there.

Sherry: Answer me!

Simmons: Its for the benefit of the United States- and global security.

Ren: Fucking bullshit!

Leon: I can't see how killing the president is good for the country.

Sherry: The president's dead?

Simmons: Well we have Leon to thank for that.

Helena: God damn you, Simmons!

Simmons: Dispose of them.

With that the four guards then started to fire at them. Leon grabbed onto Ren's waist and push him to safety behind two metal boxes that were stacked. Helena was right next to them as they push their backs against the boxes.

Sherry: No!

Jake then grabbed onto Sherry and they head to cover next to the three.

Simmons: Hold your fire! Those two are still of use to us. Don't kill Ren yet. Leave him to me.

That comment made Ren chuckle darkly. Leon then check over Ren before looking at Sherry.

Leon: You need to be more careful.

Jake: All right, all right, so what's the plan, hero?

Leon looked to the side to see double doors.

Leon: You think you could make it to that door?

Jake: Why don't we just waste them?

Leon: Because I need you to take care of Sherry.

Bullets then start to fly against before stopping.

Simmons: Can we wrap this up? I do have better things to do.

Sherry: What are you three gonna do?

Helena: Finish Simmons.

Sherry then dig into her pocket and took our a chip. She then hand it to Ren as he took it.

Sherry: There's information on here that could stop the C-virus. Simmons wants it.

This made Ren smirk as he looked at it in his hands before throwing it up and catching it.

Ren: Greattt.

Leon: I'll put a call in to FOS, get you some protection. Now move!

The three then came out of the hiding spot and shoot at the guards giving Sherry and Jake enough time to get across. Simmons then lean to one of the guards.
