Truth. [Leon Kennedy] (RE6)

Chapter 12.

When Leon and Helena reached back. Hunnigan was the first one to their aid. However, Leon didn't want anyone to touch him or comfort him. All he wanted was to be alone where no one can disturb him. Everyone could tell by his eyes that he was broken inside. They realized that he was holding Ren's bloody gun.

They let him past through and aid Helena as she continued to look at Leon walking away. Hunnigan walked up and stand next to her, looking at Leon as well.

Hunnigan: Ren was his first and only love. You can tell that he cares way more about him than anyone else.

Helena: How long?

Hunnigan: Since 1998. Where they first met.

It was a warm sunny day. Leon and Helena were at the cemetery. They both had flowers in their hands. It was a sad day for them as they walked to Ren and Deborah graves. Stopping right infront it. Hunnigan was right behind, looking at them.

This wasn't what Leon wanted to happen in the end. This wasn't even supposed to happen but here he was standing in front of Ren's grave as tears fall down and hit the ground. Loving someone for so long until you finally have them in your arms only for them to be snatched away from you in the most harshest way.

"I care more about you than myself."

"I'm not going anywhere..."

"I love you too."

Leon close his eyes as he kept thinking of Ren. Once he reached to where Ren was going to die, he opened back his eyes and breath out. Leon didn't even know what to say but if he was to speak out, he'll just turn into a mess. Chris eventually found out and he didn't believe it. It was too hard for him to accept that kind of news.

After a few minutes of Leon staring at Ren's grave, he then stooped down and rest the flowers on the ground.

Leon: You have no idea how much I miss you Sweetheart.....

Leon then stand up as Helena came up from behind after visiting her sister's grave. She put her hands on his shoulder making him know that she's here for him. Hunnigan then came up and too did the same. They stood there in silence. Leon wished that Ren wasn't at the back that night. He wished that he would've turned around earlier to save him from that disaster.

They didn't know how long they stood there only until one of the men in suit came to tell them that they had to go. Leon didn't want to leave. He wanted to stay here with Ren and wait till he came back and say that he wasn't dead. Hunnigan pat his shoulder, making him look at her.

Hunnigan: We have to go.

Leon started at her for second before looking down at Ren's tombstone once again.

Leon: I'll stay.

Hunnigan and Helena knew he would have said that which made them pat his shoulder before turning around and left to the black car. They got in and it drove away. Leon then sat down before bursting out into tears. He put his head in his hands and cried.

Leon: Your such a fucking liar... You said you wouldn't leave me... but you did in the worst way possible...

Leon stayed there for a long time until he couldn't cry anymore and the sun was going down. He got up slowly.

Leon: I love you.

He waited for a response as if hoping Ren would say I love you too back but nothing. He sighed before turning around and walked away. Every once in a while he'll turn back just to look but as he got further, the tombstone got smaller and smaller until it was nowhere in sight.

Leon breathe out as he reached the road and started to walk to his apartment. Once he reached, he entered and went to lie down on his bed. Still clothed. He closed his eyes wishing Ren was here to hug him and feel his warmth but it was so cold.

Leon hated it.

It was now night time and Hunnigan was at Ren's tombstone. She was waiting for someone and once they reached she breathe out.

Hunnigan: About time.

???: Sorry. There was so much traffic.

The person then saw the tombstone that said Ren Anderson.

???: Damn. Didn't think it was that serious.

Hunnigan: I know you saw what happened.

???: Yes I did.

Hunnigan: Then do something!

???: What do you want me to do!?

Hunnigan: Tell him that your alive Ren! That's all. Haven't you seen how broken he is without you.

Ren: I know! I know...

He sighed. He then took out a knife and roll up his sleeve and slice his arm, making it bleed but what was weied though was that it completely healed by itself making Hunnigan look at him.

Ren: How am I going to explain that to him after what you did to me....

Hey guys! I know some of you are sad about Ren dying in the last chapter and I'm sorry haha. I know its super early to announce that Ren is back but I didn't want you all to be upset about his death.

This is super short because I'm working on the Behind the Scenes and Resident Evil Village (spoilers) so that's coming soon.

Also have you all see Dead by Daylight new map and players. If you haven't seen it check it out because it's with Leon and Jill. The killer is Nemesis and the map is in Raccoon City, in the R.P.D Police Station with Zombies. Its dope as fuck.
