Amanda
I'm walking home and I get a very weird feeling. When you feel like someone is following you. I looked behind me and saw no one.I shrugged and continued my walk. This time, I heard footsteps but before I could turn around, my eyes were covered.
I did the most sensible thing I could. And no, I didn't scream. I elbowed the mysterious person. I think I got the person in the ribs. The person let out a pained groan and removed the hand.
I turned and saw dear Theo doubled over. I gasped and came to his side to help him.
" Ow. You punched me...hard." He groaned.
"Next time, don't sneak up on me like that." I said trying to help him stand upright.
"Noted." He chuckled.
"You okay?" I asked sympathetically. He nodded.
"So...why are you walking home? I though you had a car." I asked curiously.
"I do but I didn't feel like driving today. It's been a while since I had a walk; I'm busy most of the time. And walking gives me time to think and relax. Enjoy the scenery. You know." He explained.
I nodded. "You seem very passionate about...walking." I thought it was a little bit weird but who am I to judge?
He laughed. "I'm not a weirdo if that's what you're thinking." He looked down at me.
He is so tall.
"Oh no. I don't think that at all. It might seem weird but we all have our weird habits."
There was a long stretch of comfortable silence but I still felt like someone was watching me. I looked beside me and behind me but I saw no one.
Theo notice this and gave me a look. "Anything wrong?" He asked, concerned.
" Nothing's wrong. I'm just..." I trailed off. Now, I'm sure he doesn't believe me.
"You're lying. Now, what's wrong?" He asked firmly. I knew he wasn't gonna let this go so I told him.
"I feel like someone's watching me. It's creepy." I admitted. He looked around. "I don't see anyone." He shrugged.
"Exactly!" I exclaimed. "I just feel like I'm not safe." I pulled on my bag straps, loosening and tightening my grip on them.
"If you think that, I think you should walk as fast as possible back home." He suggested. I agreed with a nod and did just as he said.
He escorted me home and we said our goodbyes. No one was home. Immediately I shut the door, I locked it and ran upstairs to my room.
I locked the door of my room too. I looked out the windows to check if anyone was hanging around but I stills saw no one. Everything was normal. I pulled the curtains down.
My room was a little bit dark. Sunlight peeked through the thick curtains. I felt unsafe. I needed to calm down.
I needed to shower. It helps to calm me down. I took a while in the shower but it was worth it. I calmed down a little.
I had no homework and I didn't feel like doing anything so I laid on my bed but I didn't sleep. I just laid there.
I laid there till my parents and my siblings came home.
Now I felt safer.

Heyyy! I'm back!
I know the chapter is short and all but that's how it's going to be as from now on. I find it really hard to write long chapters because I always have writer's block whenever I try to write long chapters. It's annoying.
So... Short chapters, quicker updates.
Bye:-)
