Tomorrow. {Sapnap x Oc}

Hearing the door open downstairs, Nova jumps up from the floor, abandoning Patches. She yells out happily, "Dream! You're back! I can leave!"

Making a sharp turn in the corridor to get to the stairs, her eyes widen as her ankle twists, prompting her to painfully tumble down the flight of stairs. She yells in fright, landing into a heap on the floor.

Feeling a nudge, she opens her eyes to see Dream gingerly poking her with his shoes. Releasing a relieved sigh, "Thank god you're not dead. Pulling your heavy ass body out of my house would be horrible."

Nova tsks, groaning. "You should thank me for watching Patches for you and maybe help me up after I nearly died."

Chuckling Dream complies, giving a hand to Nova. "Everyone knows you've got a head harder than steel."

After standing upright and patting the dust off of the her clothes, she looks up at Dream with disdain, realizing that there was another presence watching their interaction, Nova snaps her head to their direction with eyes wide.

Taking in the sight of a tall brunette, Nova furrows her brows, analyzing the stranger.

Dream seeing this behavior, cuts in, "This is Sapnap. The friend I told you that I was picking up."

Nova's expression relaxes, "Oh, okay. The Minecraft guy!"

Snickering, Dream responds, "Why are you saying that as if you're not a minecraft streamer yourself?"

"Piss off Dream." Nova playfully banters back.

A lively grin rests on Dreams face, and in a sing-song voice, "Somebody has been watching British people too much."

"Of course. My British streamers are much more entertaining than you!"

Sapnap awkwardly stands to the side while watching the two childhood best friends banter back and forth. His arms going numb from holding his clothed-filled bags, he sets his belongings down onto the floor, not expecting the large clank as it reached the floor.

The loud clank causes the two bickering friends to snap their head to his direction.

Sapnap's mouth forms into an o, eyes awkwardly darting between Dream and Nova. Dream realizes how inconsiderate he had been, picking up his belongings and directing him to his room. "Sorry, here I'll show you your room!"

The minecraft duo disappears upstairs, Nova becoming curious about Sapnap. She had heard a few things about him from Dream, such as meeting him when they were children, and that they stream and make videos together a lot.

But from the general facts, Nova was clueless to who he was. She never cared about Dream's online friends as she would rather keep her own circle closed. The circle of friends consisting of just herself and dream.

She made a mental note to learn more about Sapnap, as she grabbed her car keys off the kitchen island. Since she was Dream's roommate and he would be living with them for a while, she would have to make an effort to make it less awkward.

Walking out into the driveway, and into the car, she drives to the nearest McDonalds. She couldn't help but wonder.

Something about Sapnap stood out about him. Was it his face? Voice? Who knows? And she decided right then and there in that car, that she would dislike him.

Thinking out loud, she mindlessly whispers to herself, "If he's making me think and wonder about him, then he's kinda weird."
