Rising from the dead, the imaginary birds chirping their songs, Nova rubs her eyes. Head muddled from sleep, she stretches, multiple pops sounding from her back.

Mouth open, a loud yawn making its entrance. Mid yawn, an aggressive knock is made on the door. With a scowl on her face, she stomps her way over, swinging the door open. Annoyed, she makes eye contact with Sapnap and asks, "What do you want?"

'I wanted to see your face.' Sapnap thought without saying it out loud.

Compared to Nova's depressing scowl, Sapnap grins at the girl. "Good morning Nova. How are you?"

Nova crosses her arms, still scowling. "Good day, mate. Fuck off will ya?"

Sapnap's grin grows even wider, "Oh we're Australian today? Anyways, Dream is done with breakfast downstairs. Hurry up and come down before we eat all the pancakes."

Mood doing a 180, Nova's scowl is replaced with a smirk. "Pancakes you say? I'll be down in a minute. If you fuckers eat it all, I'll skin you."

Sapnap wholeheartedly laughs before turning around, and disappearing down the stairs.

Nova then goes to speed run her morning routine, attempting to get down before the two monsters consumed all of the food.

Going down the stairs two steps at a time, rushing past a meowing Patches. "Sorry Patches, I'll talk to you later." Petting the cat twice before continuing.

Reaching the kitchen, she's met with the sight of two close friends pushing each other around, in the middle of the kitchen island, a large plate of the perfect pancakes.

"Good morning, guys." Nova flashes the two a large smile as she slips into her seat, grabbing multiple of the fluffy, golden brown pancakes. Settling them down into the plate, she pours the sweet syrup, covering them with a generous  layer.

Animatedly speaking, Sapnap tells Dream, "Nova is not a morning person at all. She turned Australian when she opened the door."

Dream smiles at Nova with a raised eyebrow. "Yea thats for sure. I bet that she became a different person when you mentioned the food though."

The boy nods, "Hell yea!"

"That's also why I told you to get her instead."

"Oh."

Nova snorts at Sapnap's face of betrayal. Sapnap then shrugs, "Whatever, I wanted to-" hear your voice "nevermind."

Dream shrugs, letting the subject go. For the rest of the delicious breakfast, the group lightheartedly joke around, while combating Patches to keep the cat from stealing a piece.

"Anybody want to watch a movie?" Nova yells out as she collapses into a heap on the living room couch.

In response to the question, Sapnap runs over, taking a seat next to her. "I want to watch some action movie!"

Dream enters the room, taking a seat on a separate couch. "You sure do want a lot of things, Sapnap."

'I want her smile to be mine.' Sapnap thought silently. "I want the damn world." 'To make her smile.'

Questioning him, Dream continues, "For what? Money?"

With a smug smirk, Sapnap nods, "Hell yea, and the drugs."

Nova mocks him, "drooogs"

Throwing his head back, Dream loudly laughs, "Have you been talking to Tommy recently?"

"Nah." He shakes his head before turning his attention the the girl next to him. "Can I choose the movie?"

"No I already chose the movie. We're watching Mulan."

Sapnap childlishly pouts, "I wanted to choose."

Nova mocks him with the same pout, "Too bad bud."

Crossing his arms to add to the effect, "Fine. I'm choosing next time."

Dream joins into the party, reflecting the same babyish pout and crossed arms. "How about me?"

Scowling, Nova turns to Dream, "You guys are acting like little kids."

Sapnap responds, "Says the one who is watching Mulan."

Dramatically gasping, "Take that back. Mulan is for the cool kids only. Leave, bitch."

Curling his lip, "As a cool kid, I officially say that Mulan is shit."

"I'm not taking Mulan slander." Nova stands up armed with a cushion in hand. She raises the weapon up, prompting Sapnap to release a screech of fear.

Dream watches the violent interaction with a smile, concealing the ball of jealousy in his chest. Turning his attention to the tv, he yells out, "Guys be quiet I'm trying to watch the cool kids movie!"

Nova sits down with a huff, "This is why I like Dream more than you, Sapnap."

A pant of hurt flashing through Sapnap's stomach, he gives a short laugh turning to the tv, smile dropping.
