"Where's that girl?" The King suddenly realized. "Shes gotten away!" He shouted at the Cybermen, "well don't just stand there! Find her!"
"Yes" they chanted in unison as they marched off down the mountain.
"Take this with you." He told the Cybermen grabbing the hand of the doctor and giving him a slight push to the robots.
The king just stood there as the doctor could see. He followed off for a moment into the city. Time Lords bustled about in the streets doing this and that like ordinary people....
The doctor caught a tiny glimpse of a little red trap door to the side of the road. Looking around first, he snuck off to the door and snapped off the clasp. As he jumped down inside, he crawled down the trap door. The only way he would have known of its place was by a particular memory of initiation as a young boy. It used to hold a map of the planets but who knew what was sown there now and it was always better than following the Cybermen.
His feet touched the floor and he jumped off the later. A dim room awaited him as he was shocked once again. In the room there rested half Cybermen- half human people sitting at desks and looking at computer screens. Frozen, he steps a bit closer to them when he noticed that their eyes were glued to the screen and nothing could make them stop.
"Well...." He whispered.
All of a sudden, the Cybermen shook awake and started standing up.
Rushing back, he slammed himself down at a computer. A cold human hand lay on his shoulder.
"De-" it started but the doctor had typed the code that was taped on to the screen and then pressed, 'delete'. The Cybermen stood dumbfounded and never moved.
The doctor had turned off their attack methods so they had no purpose.
The doctor spun around the face the frozen men.
"Well!" He stood up and leaned into the creatures. "What secrets do you hold?"
He laid his hand on the woman's arm and felt the cold chill of her blood, "your not even alive are you?"
Before he knew it, he had the woman sat down and defenceless. "I cant lie, this might hurt a bit..." He said before he grabbed onto the earplug and ripping it out. The woman screamed in agony and then collapsed to the ground. Holding the earplug, he looked at the slimy attachment that had run inside her head. Disgusted, he took it over to the desk and looked at his closer. The slimy cover sparkled a bit and he touched it. It was obviously from the brain of the woman so he scrambled around the desk for a vask. He found one and held up the string, squeezing out the slime into the vask.
Cringing, he shook the remaining slime off his hand.
"Well, what is this?" He smiled at his discovery.
