Alexa and Katie As Adults

Help

I am helping Katie watch the kids which is going fine. And my life is freaked up and by that I mean my life is messed up already. My phone was on vibrate and Katie said " Its probably mom and dad checking in on us." I looked at her and said " Give me a minute." I started to talk to mom but then she hung up on me. I went back to the living room and said " that was weird." Katie looked at me and asked " who was it?" I looked at her and said " it was mom she was checking in on us to make sure that we are okay." I lied.  I hate lying to Katie but i needed to because she would think something was wrong.  Honestly Katie can figure out if I were lying to her about anything but I guess not this time. Dad called me and said "Alexa come to the hospital right now." I tapped Katie on the shoulder and said " Dad wants me to go to the hospital right now." She looked at me and said " Okay I will drive you there." (10 minutes later) When we got to the hospital I saw dad and I asked dad " what happened?" He looked at me and said " Ava was running around with Alexia and then fell." I looked at him and said " Oh my God why did i trust you guys!." Dad tried to talk to me but i ran off. I asked the front desk " where is my daughter?" The person asked me " Last name?" I looked at her and said. "Mendoza" . She looked at me and said " Ava Mendoza Room 12." When I got into her room Ava looked at me and said " Hi Mon." I looked at her and asked " what happened?" She looked at me and said " I was playing with Alexia and then fell."  Just then she stopped and said " I am going to be okay."
