So this is my second time getting cancer and honestly I don't know how this happened. My life just turned upside down honestly. When i got to the hospital for my chemo and radiation therapy the nurse asked me " All right Alexa you ready?" I looked at her and said " Yup." She put a needle in my arm and said " I will be back in an hour or so." There were so many thoughts running around in my head and Katie called me and asked " where in the world are you?" I looked around and said " at the hospital getting chemo and radiation therapy." She started to cry and said " There is no way that you are going through this for a second time." I took a deep breath and said " well i might as well do the best I can." I still had that bad taste in my mouth from the chemo it was like a medal taste and it was disgusting. I ran to the kitchen to go and get some water and Katie asked " Weird taste?" I looked at her and said " Ugh yeah." The taste wore off after a few hours but i could only eat certain things and do certain things. Katie gave me a tight hug and said " you are going to be okay I promise." That was really sweet of her but I looked at her and said " I don't know Katie." She tilted her head and asked " What do you mean?" I looked at her and said " None of this was supose to happen to me."
