Hailey, Mal, Jay, Evie and Carlos were standing around a cauldron.
"Let's give Auradon a taste of evil. Wicked ways beneath the skin...let all who taste it now join in" Hailey said

Hailey kissed the apple in her hand and threw it in the air.

"Hailey please over here Hailey!" One reporter said
"Huh?" Hailey said turning to the reporter
"Only three days till cotillion. Ever think a girl like you would be lady of the court?" Another one said
"Well um.." hailey turned to the other reporter
"How does it feel being the most envied girl in Auradon" another one said
"Well I-" she tried saying
"Do you like being blonde?" Another reporter said
"I-" she tried again
"Is your father still on the isle?" One said
"What?" Hailey said. Before Ben came pushing past reporters to save his girlfriend
"Okay. All right. Excuse me. Uh we will let you know if and when that particular situation changes" Ben said
"Did you ever think you'd be with a villain kid" a reporter said
"We're done here" Ben said
"Okay shush shush. This is still a school so if you're here your either skipping or trespassing" Fairy godmother said leading the reporters out "hailey, Ben" fairy godmother said before leaving
"Fairy Godmother" Hailey and Ben said
"Whew" hailey said exhausted.
"Don't pay attention to them" Ben said
"Well that's a lot easier said then done, right?" Hailey asked looking her boyfriend in the eyes.
"I know. I know. You know maybe we should do something. We should go somewhere. Get away" Ben said
"Yeah" Hailey said smiling
"You know what do- I have a council meeting I'm so late" Ben said worried
"That's okay" Hailey said
"We'll..we'll do it sometime. Uh..." Ben said before Evie came rushing over to Hailey
"If we don't do fittings for your dress right this minute you will be dancing in your bathrobe, okay? Hi. Let's go let's go!" Evie said dragging Hailey
"Bye Ben!" Hailey said
"Bye" Ben said as Hailey was dragged away
"King Ben! King Ben!" The reporters came running at him
"Uh..."
(Hailey, Mal and Evie's dorm room)
(Hailey's POV)
I stood in the podium as Evie was doing stuff to my dress. She pulled the string on the back of the dress.
"Oh! Okay, Evie I cannot breathe" I said
"Well, you can breathe after cotillion" she said tying the back of the dress.
"I sincerely doubt that. I have at least 20 more events directly behind it, and I can't even remember what a single one of them is" I said stressed out.
"Impeccable" Evie said I could tell that she wasn't even listening.
"E" I said getting her attention
"Hmm?" She answered
"Do you ever think about what we'd be doing if we were back on the island?" I asked her looking at my black leather jacket that was on a hanger.
"That's funny. Ah! Look who's on TV" Evie said helping me off the podium. I sat down on my bed looking on the TV
"As the royal couple continues their tour of the kingdom, they dined with Jasmine and Aladdin. Six months ago..." the TV said
"Yeah" I said quietly
"No one thought king Ben and his girlfriend from the wrong side of the bridge would last" the tv said
"Yeah no kidding" I said
"Hailey must be counting the days for cotillion...when she will officially become a lady of the court" the tv said. I gasped and pulled out a book and my spell book flipping through the pages till I found the spell I needed
"Read it fast at lightning speed. Remember everything I need" I said as I opened the book read it quickly.
"I know Hailey's secret to fitting in and Ben would not like it one bit" Evie
"Evie, you remember what I was like before I started using my spell book. I mean I was a complete mess" I said looking at Evie.
"Well personally as your best friend. I strongly believe that this spell book-" she started while grabbing my spell book "belongs in the museum with my mirror and Mals spell book. I'll let you keep the ember since you won't be here without it" she said and I gave her a pout "don't give me the face. Put the pout away. Mm-hmm you know I'm right" Evie said putting the book back in my lap.
"You don't ever miss running wild and just breaking all the rules?" I asked
"Like stealing and lying and fighting?" Evie said
"Yes!"
"No!"
"What?"
"Why would we? H, come here. Look where we are! We're in Auradon! And we're Auradon girls now" Evie said as we both looked out our window. The sunlight was still a little blinding to me.
"Since Hailey revealed her love of strawberries, she had received hundreds of cartons from her admirers. Here she is enjoying a cozy bite...." the Tv said and I sighed.
"See this is the land of opportunity. We can be whatever we want to be here. So please, let's just leave the past in the past, okay?" She said and I nodded "besides I mean look at these shoes. Look at them!" she finished holding up to shoes I was going to wear to cotillion.
