(Hailey's POV) Me and Ben sat at the table with all the food I just magically whipped up...literally "Would you like a hot hors d'oeuvre?" I asked Ben "Yes please. Mmm! This is the best thing I've ever had" Ben said once he finished eating the hot hors d'oeuvre. "So, you like it?" I asked "I more then like it. I uh...mmm..so like it" He said and I smiled at him "Beef ragout?" I asked picking it up "Yeah. This is amazing" he said "Did I surprise you?" I asked him "Oh yeah you surprised me. This is every single dish Mrs Potts made for my parents" Ben said smiling and I smiled back at him "what did it take you? Three days?" He asked "You know, don't even ask me" I said trying to avoid the fact that I made all of this in like 5 minutes after class with my spell book. "Yeah. Well it means a lot that you stopped and did this for me. Especially with all the craziness you've been put through. I've missed you. We don't get much time to just be us anymore" he said. Here comes the guilt "I know" I said knowing that I'm definitely not like myself anymore. I looked over at him and he had something on his lips and I laughed. "You can't take me anywhere right?" He laughed saying the words that I said on our first date. "Uh..." "Do you have a..Do you have a napkin or something?" He asked "I do! I packed some" I said as he went through the basket "Oh there it is" he said "I think I stowed them away. I can grab them" I said as he pulled my spell book out and I just looked at him with wide eyes "What's this?" He asked "Um I actually threw that in there super last minute in case it rained or..." I tried covering it up but he went through the spells "Speed reading spell. Blonde hair spell. Cooking spell" he read off the bookmarked spots. I just looked at him not being able to get the right words out "and I was giving you props for fitting in so well, for doing your best!" He said standing up. I held onto my ember as my eyes glowed. "Take back this moment that has passed. Return it....reverse it" I said messing up on the spell as my eyes went back to normal. "Are you trying to spell me right now?" He asked "Ben, it has been so hard for me!" I said standing up "Yes! Some things are hard! Do you think learning to be King has been so easy for me?" He blew up. "No! I just-" I said shocked at how mad he was "Hailey I thought we were doing this together!" He said "Ben, we are in this together!" I said "But we're not Hailey! We're not. Y-you've been keeping secrets and lying to me. I thought we were done with that. This isn't the isle of the lost, Hailey" he said and I just looked at him with regret "Yeah believe me I know that" I said getting mad "Then why are you doing this?" He asked "Because....I'm not one of those pretty pink princesses, Ben. I'm not one of those ladies of the court! I'm a big fake okay? I'm fake. This is fake. This is fake" I said signaling to my hair and the food. I clutched onto my ember as my eyes started glowing "take this feast, this sumptuous meal, return it back to what is real" I said as the giant feast turned into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk. I let go of my ember and my eyes went back to normal with tears in them "this is who I really am!" I said starting to walk away "Hailey" he said "No no" I said walking away from him and not stopping "Peanut butter and jelly is my favorite" he called out.

I grabbed the note and Bens ring and put them onto the desk "I don't belong here" I said tears pricking the sides of my eyes. "Okay. Let's blow this popsicle stand" I said before leaving. I rode my motor scooter that Ben gave me to the edge of the island "noble steed, proud and fair you shall take me anywhere. Okay. Let's hope this works" I said as I road across the water making it to the other side and through the barrier of the isle of the lost. I saw a picture of me and Ben with an X on my face with the words 'traitor' I took it and crumbled it up throwing it behind me. I parked my bike under some stairs and then hit a flying rocks sign with a rock opening up a gate to where me and the other VK's would hang out. I'm finally home again
