Y/n pov

We arrived to this fancy restaurant that was the 'most famous place' in our town

He got out the car then opened the door for me and I got out fixing my dress a bit

We got inside and they automatically led us to our table

Handing us our menus and telling us to order when we were ready

"This menu is expensive" I say looking at the prices

"Yes it is an you can order whatever you want" her says so calmly

"Really??" I say surprised

"Really" he says smiling and I lowkey was shocked

I hope he don't make me pay for this meal

We ordered and the food came right away

"Wow the service here is really quick" I say lightly laughing

"Anything for my queen" when he said that my stomach filled with butterflies

"Why do you like me" I asked out the blue before taking a bite of my steak

He looked at me and I figured it probably came off in a terrible manner

"Sorry if that sound rude. I just want to know what made you want to take me out the first day we met" I said reassuring my question

"Well when I walked in you looked different," he said covering his mouth then swallowed his food

"The way you dressed told me you were different and you being the presenter showed you had power" I was blown away by his response

"Now that I answered your question you have to answer mine" he said watching me

"Go ahead" I say ready

"What made you except my offer now?" he looked at me

I sighed

"My friend pointed out that I haven't been on dates for a while so I accepted," I started

"Before she pointed out I saw something in you before you saw me as if you've been through a lot" I continued and he looked from him food to me

He looked back down so I know I was right

I put my hand on his and we held a long eye contact

Next thing you know shots were being blown and I felt my body being shoved on the ground

Everyone was screaming and glass was shattering

My body froze and I felt myself blacking out at moments

I felt myself being carried outside and getting put into a car

I fully blacked out and didn't wake up for a while

Vinnie's pov

We were having our moment until I saw guys outside with guns from the corner of my eye

I pushed y/n to the ground behind the table and hearing the glass shatter from the window

She wasn't awake so I carried here behind where the cooks worked and went through the back door to my car

I placed her in the back seat and got into the driver side starting it and quickly driving to my house

When we got there I got y/n and took her inside the house placing her on the couch

I went to the office room and got all the crew members to come in

I panted back and forth

"Where the fuck were you guys" I asked pissed off

They stayed quiet which pissed me off even more

I slammed my hand in the table making some jump

"I told you guys to keep an eye out and what the fuck did you guys do!!!" I yelled through the roof

"You fucking bailed!!"

"We thought-" one of them started but I had to cut him off

"Exactly you thought" I said

I stayed silent for a moment

"Get the fuck out. ALL OF YOU" I yelled and sat in my chair

I then heard heels come inside

Y/n pov

I woke up with a little headache and heard yelling.

I walked inside to see a very stressed and angry Vinnie.

He looked up and watched me walk over to him.

"I'm sorry for the date" he says.

I went behind him putting my hands on his shoulders

"No it's not your fault Vinnie" I say and I started massaging his shoulders not wanting him to build up anger

"No-no y/n it is" he got up and I moved the chair out if the way

"I should've took you to a place more private because I knew they were after me and-" I cut him off

"Shh Vinnie it okay. I'm okay" I said running my hand down his chest

He didn't dare to make eye contact maybe because he thought I was disappointed in him

I couldn't bare him feeling like that

I grabbed his chin lightly and kissed him luckily he kissed back

It turned into a make out session which got heated over the seconds

His hand led up my skirt grabbing my ass and I jumped a bit feeling him smile through the kiss

I stopped him before we went further

"I'm sorry I just don't want to do it on our third day of knowing each other" I said putting my hand between us

"I understand" he said removing his hand

"Maybe if we went on more dates and get to know each other we'll get there" I say flirting

"I assume your my girlfriend now" he said kissing me

"Mmm I don't like labels" I smiled

"Now to end this traumatic date you can take me home" I say and he grabbed my hand leading me outside into the car

We made it to my house and he led me to my front door

"I'll see you tomorrow at work" he said smiling with his hands in his pockets

"I'll see you too. Byyeee" I say kissing his cheek while I enter my home

Watching him enter his car and pull off

I really like him but he seems dangerous

What of I like danger?

I'll see tomorrow but for now I'll go to sleep

I did my routine really quick then fell asleep
