"Hold the fuck up, Nala! This is getting awkward..."

"No time, Killua! We need to get to my room so I can prove it." and I grabbed his hand.

I dragged him behind me as we went out of his and Gon's room, into the hall and went to find mine. It wasn't hard, it just a few doors down from theirs. Killua tried yanking his hand from mine, I wouldn't let him and gripped it tighter.

I took out my room key from my pocket, put it into the keyhole and opened it. I shut it tight behind us, bringing Killua right in the middle of the room and came to a complete stop.

I dropped his had then, he brought it up to his chest and rubbed it with his other hand. I started to pace around the room then, pointing out everything I saw in the dream. The door, the bed, the TV, everything, that's when my hand was grabbed and I froze.

"Calm the fuck down, Nala! I get it, you saw all of this! What do I have to do with this?" he snapped.

I yanked my hand from his taking a deep breath, "You showed up at the door."

He just stared at me, his blue eyes filling with confusion. He was trying to read me, to understand what the hell I'm even talking about it. Silence filled the space between us for sometime, then he finally broke it.

He glared, "You're telling me you dragged us all the way in here, just to say I was at the door?!"

"I-i guess..." I trailed off, unsure.

He sighed irritated, "This is ridiculous, Nala! I'm leaving, you're not making any damn sense!" and he turned for the door.

I instantly grabbed his hand before he could take another step, he turned as his eyes went wide.

"N-Nala!?"

I gripped it tighter, "Don't. I dragged you here for another reason."

He turned back, "Are you serious? It better be a good one then." and yanked his hand free.

I took a deep breath, it's now or later.

"Why do you keep protecting me? Don't you hate me?"

He stared blankly, "What? Hate you?"

I started to get irritated, "Quit lying, Killua! Just answer me!"

He clenched his fists, "You want my answer? Fine, no I don't! Why do you think I keep protecting you?! For fun?"

I did the same, "We're enemies! Or are you just gonna keep forgetting that?"

He took a step toward me, closing the space between us, our bodies almost touching, I stumble back towards the bed. I unclenched my fists as his icy blue gaze pierced my crimson one, I started feeling unsure again.

"You're still thinking that? After everything we've been through for a month?!"

"I-I don't know..." was all I could manage and sat on the bed.

That just made him frustrated. He clenched his fists tighter as he moved right in front of me, staring me down.

"You don't know?! How stupid are you, Nala? How about you answer my question then, since we're on the subject."

"O-okay..."

He brought his face close to mine, turning my cheeks crimson and I gulped.

He's so close!

"Why did you grab me during our encounter with Hisoka just now? Explain that to me if you still think we're enemies!"

My cheeks went darker, "T-that's not fair! I was scared okay? I just acted on instinct!"
