After some time, we finally arrived at a lab, which apparently was one of many that even 16 didn't know.
21 was currently resting in another room while 16 explained the situation to us.
Bra: I'm curious, who is this woman anyway?
16: 21 is another android created by Dr. Gero. She in a way is similar to Cell, seeing as how she was created from the cells of countless warriors. Such as Goku and Vegeta, or Vegito as they are now, and even cells from Majin Buu. Even with data on all warriors on earth, even you two.
I hope that data was collected before the fight with Beerus, because if so, that means they would have either gotten Berrus' cells, or mine while I had divine ki.
16: While Cell became stronger by fighting Goku and absorbing others. 21 can power herself up endlessly by feeding on other creatures. Her need to feed causes her adopt a different persona that has an endless need to consume and devour powerful life forms. Which is why she went for the Children of Vegito here.
Y/N: But what was that thing you said about linking? You told 18 to link the soul in her body with 21 to suppress her.
16: The link system was another creation made by Dr. Gero, and 21 has used it to keep herself under control.
18: So all she has to do is link up and she's under control?
Y/N: Seems like this link would be like having this soul or whatever take the driver's seat of the body forcing the other person to calm down. In a way, it's a means of controlling said person, am I correct?
16: Precisely. However, maintaining a link was harder than Dr. Gero perceived. Under most circumstances, people are unable to leave their bodies for extended periods of time. So even if the link were successful, most would would return to their bodies in less than a minute. But whatever the case, the soul that is linked with 18 has managed to maintain this link for some time now. I am not sure how.
17: This seems all too complicated for one Android. Linking a soul with your body to gain control, I can't believe that's even possible.
Y/N: I concur. This all sounds like a dream sequence, or like a poor excuse for a Science fiction novel. I can't believe there is a soul, but if there is, then it must return from whence it came.
Bra: So, in the meantime, what do we do about our power being suppressed?
16: Your power is being suppressed by a machine that emits waves to nullify the energy of the those with exceptional power levels all across the earth. There is a way to counter act the waves as of now. To link with a soul like the one inside of 18 is the best way to restore your battle power.
Y/N: I say we divide and conquer. Bra, you go find Father and the others. Fight off all the clones or as many as you can. I'll stay with the Androids and help here however I can. We'll use my brains here, and your brawn out there.
Bra: Pfft. You just wanna stay around the pretty android girl don't you?
Y/N: No, I'm just aiming for a more logical outcome.
'Also I did want to stay with Android 21. She may be unstable, but she is attractive by my standards at least.'
I thought to myself.
Bra: Fine, you better not die in the meantime.
Bra raises her fingers to her head and teleports out of the lab, leaving me with the Androids.
I turn to 16 with an important question in mind.
Y/N: So this linking can boost ones battle power and restore it with the more we fight. How do I link up then?
