- Aaaah it's so early - a thought of complainant slipped through red hair girl's mind.
Normally she would come to school two hours later but since this was her first day she needed to come earlier so she could go to principal office and get all of the work for the start of her eduacation in new school done..
It was the late summer, trees started to lose the green color from their branches transforming into more vibrant and more powerful tones of yellow and orange.
She loved autumn - it reminded her of endings.
It reminded her that not every ending needs to be sad and dark.
Nature ended her vitality in such a beautiful way. It was as if those strong, saturated colores showed how happy it was even tho her end is near. The nature was brave enough not to be scared of endings and the girl only wished to be like that one day.
She also loved autumn because she loved trench coats, turtle necks, long bodycon dresses, knitted clothes. She loved all those stylish things that were not warm enough for winter, but just right for autumn. She also loved it because it reminded her of her favourite memories - early autumn, her mother, pink Italian coat with knitted turtle neck dress, her family and family of her best friend and nearby lake that was the most beautiful in the autumn.
And as those thoughts swallowed the girl she was arriving at her location - Karasuno High School
As she arrived, she looked up and checked out every single inch that was in sight of her vision.
The school was smaller then the one she attended in Tokyo, but she already knew that, and she liked that.
She wasn't really anxious about new school, new teachers, new subjects or new people. What was probably scary for her were old people. It was obvious she couldn't avoid meeting with someone she knows since she lived here for most of her life but she wasn't very eager of questions her arrival would awake.
The difference this time is that she probably

- Well there goes nothing, huh? - she thought and continued to walk

In next few moments she arrived in assembly hall waiting for principal to call her to his office.
It was a very nice room, full of light not only from many windows but also from the people who were already there. She loved that about her hometown - people were warm.
Teachers greeted her and talked about her previous education while she was waiting. They really tried their best to make this first day as comfortable as it could be for her and she really appreciated that.
She waited patiently for 30 minutes before principal called her in. It was a busy morning.
She introduce herself and also talked about her previous schools and education. He welcomed her and introduced her with basic rules. The conversation went along as he said:
- I see you have remarkable grades, are you planning on college? - principal said with his deep toned voice. It was the kind of voice that would not just break the silence, it would rip it appart.
She thought about it even tho she already knew what the answer was
- Yes, sir. That's my plan! - she answered politely. Her manners amazed every person that she interacted with. She was cheerful and calm, always collected and ready to answer.
She came from family that were not completely Japanese. Most of her family were, but her grandmother was from South Europe and since her country was pretty liberal and her people not really known for their manners she forced herself to always be the most mannered person in the room so she could fit in when she married her grandfather. When she fitted in here with her politeness she was the happiest person there is, since back in her hometown she would be called things like 'stupid' or 'naive' for being nice to people. As the time passed by she wanted her grandchild to be like her so she taught her to always be patient, polite, mannered and cheerful. And most of the time she was. The only exception was when she was with her friends. She was more easy going with them, not thinking deeply about every word she said.

- Okay, you're set in the forth class. It is an advanced one but I think you will still probably be one of the best students. I'm looking forward seeing you being on the top of your class at the end of the year! - he said forming a smile on his face
-  And I also noticed your volleyball recorders, you are quite talented. Unfortunately at the moment, girls' volleyball club isn't active. Their present captain is a really talented third year so she can't lead the team due her college preparation. After the last tournament she left the club and other members transferred to other clubs since they weren't really motivated to continue. It's really unfortunate, I know some of those girls and they really like playing so I hope you could form the team again. Seeing someone as talented as you will probably motivate them.' He stopped for a quick second
'But don't worry! I know you still can't play and you wanted to coach the team to get back in your form until you start playing! So I talked to boys' team! ' he smiled
'Forming a team for girls will probably take you a month or two and you would still have some spare time to coach while doing it. Boys are quite successful this year and we expect a lot from them, they got some quite talented first years!' he smiled while he was explaning
'They've won m their matches at Spring Interhigh National Tournament Miyagi Prefecture Qualifying Rounds. In less then two months they will be facing some powerhouse schools at Miyagi Prefecture Spring Interhigh Qualifier. They are aiming for Nationals so every kind of help would make us really thankful. I've already talked to them and they are happy to have you!' he smiled
'Of course if that is what you want since you did note that you wanted to coach girls.'
The girl looked at him, processing everything he just explained to her. She was thinking about it really good since she wasn't really sure if that was what she wanted. Karasuno was a powerhouse some year ago but in these last few seasons they weren't really good at all. Not the girls, not the boys. So she was really thinking about enrolling here. She didn't want to go to Shiratorizawa, it was just too much for her. Mostly she didn't like the people there. They were already above average and the girls she knew from there were really their heads in clouds about it. She didn't think a team like that could make some remarkable progress. That made her hesitanting in between Aoba Johsai and Karasuno. And she didn't really have an answer for picking Karasuno, it was just a feeling, but at this moment she wanted to burn herself for going for feeling instead of talented volleyball club she could be in. Or even just a volleyball club she could be in since here there wasn't even that.
'Aaaaaah, why does everything need to be a challenge.' she thought.
But even tho this wasn't the best situation she could be in she still wasn't planning on giving up. It was almost a year since the last time she played volleyball so she wanted to be back as soon as she can. And she wanted to be at her best as soon as she can.
- I would love to help! And I would love to meet them as soon as possible! - she almost screamed wondering where did she find all this excitement since her mind was having a breakdown for last few moments
