Vi's P.O.V.
I was hiding under my bed. I heard scary noises in the hallway again. I didn't want the monsters to get me. Everything was different since that day in the basement with daddy... There were so many sounds... too many... I hated them...
Foot steps... I could hear them getting close... I started to cry
"are you ok sweet heart?"
it was daddy. I came out from under the bed and ran over to him. I hugged him.
"aww sweetie... it's ok..."
he picked me up and wiped my tears.
"hey... yesterday was a big day for us both. You were a really good girl. So I got you a present"
he then hannded me a white bunny. I grabbed her, and she was soft. she had wiskers and a soft pink nose. the inside of her ears were pink and soft too! I hugged her tightly, nuzzling into the soft plush.
"now go on back to sleep"
daddy put me down and I nodded, going back into bed with my new friend. She was warm... she made me feel happy
"Bella..." is what I told the bunny was her name. I loved bella, she made me happy.
