Vi's P.O.V.
I was scared... New place I'd never been to before... My mommy didn't want me anymore and gave me away... but I wanted her. I cried out for my mom, hoping she would come back. Nothing... I was alone... My mom wasn't coming back for me... She hated me...
"Hey don't cry" a voice said. I sniffled and looked up. There was a girl in a gray shirt. She has a fake badge attached to her shirt. Her yellow eyes peered through her long brown hair.
"What's your name?" she asked me.
"Violet... but I don't like being called that"
"What would you want me to call you?"
"Vi..."
"well my name is Jasmine. Don't worry, I'll protect you" I sniffled and looked up at her.
"you promise?"
"Promise... always and forever" the girl gave me a hug and I hugged her back. I'm glad I made a friend here.
