It was Monday morning of April 1994 in New York City, there was a young lady named Kayla Cutebear, living in a park alone because she got cast out because she's half animatronic and half-human and had animatronic bear ears instead of human ears. One day she was sitting on her bench when a young man her age with blue eyes and white hair walked up to her.

"Are you alright, miss?" he asks. Kayla looks up at him while covering her bear ears. "I'm fine..." She replied. He notices her do that. "why are you covering them?" Kayla sighs and says "It's because I'm half human and half animatronic....and people ridicule, attack, make fun of, or ignore me and call me a freak because of them..." Jack frowns at her response. "Just because you're different?" Kayla nods in response. "Well, it's a good thing they can't see me." He says as a person walks right through him as if he was a ghost.

Kayla's eyes widened. "How is that possible? You're different too?" Jack nods as he holds out his hand. She smiles, takes his hand and she introduces herself "I'm Kayla Cutebear. You can call me Kay if you want." "I'm Jack. Jack Frost." He says in return. They both blush at each other.

Kayla looks up at jack. "I thought you would think I'm freaky because of my ears." He makes a frosted heart appear on her hand as he looks at her. Kayla is amazed at Jack's powers. "watch this!" he says as he makes ice under the people laughing at Kayla. The people slip and she and jack laugh.
