You heard your phone ringing from the kitchen so you rushed to your room to pick the call.

"She what?"

"You're kidding right?"

"I'm sorry Y/n"

"Mom.....died?", your eyes widened at the devastating information as your phone slipped out of your hands.

"But I was just with her", you felt a stinging sensation in your chest, shaking your head in disbelief and not having a clue what to do. You tried steadying your shaky hands but it was no use.

You fell onto your knees as tears started spilling out of your eyes without permission, "Why?! Why did you leave me mom? W-what am I supposed to do now?", you looked at your hands through your watery eyes. You felt a pulsating in your chest that just wouldn't stop no matter how much time went by.

"What am I supposed to do now?", you repeated as you clenched your fists and burst into tears. You felt a big hole had been pierced right through your heart, a feeling that you couldn't get rid of no matter how hard you tried. The tears kept coming and coming, showing no signs of stopping, it all felt unrealistic, someone you had talked to not so long ago had passed on..

Your thoughts of suicide had subsided since that day although, they still lingered at the back of your mind. This unfortunate occurrence seemed to have brought them up again.

Your tears ceased for a minute as you wiped your eyes with your sleeve and scurried to the kitchen clumsily.

Upon opening up the drawer and pulling out a knife, you places it on the counter, glaring at it in thought.

The only words running through your head were quick and easy. Just one jolt of your hand was what you told yourself.

You worked ever so hard to get rid of those troublesome thoughts and now they had come back. You just wanted them to stop.

You'd made up your mind.

Picking up the knife, you held it up to your throat with trembling eyes. Tears once again pricked your eyes.

You closed you eyes and moved your hands closer to your throat instantaneously but just before the tip of the knife could even come in contact with your skin, you felt to firm hands grab onto yours from behind you making you grit your teeth.

You already knew the owner of those hands, the reason as to why your plans came tumbling down.

"Get out Gojo", you hissed, trying to pry his hands off you. He was able to tell you were furious at his interference from how he was struggling to keep a grip on your hands.

"Give it to me", he groused.

"I told you to get out", you retorted angrily.

"Don't be selfish Y/n, think of what your mother would've wanted".

At these words, your eyes widened and tears began to fall again. You loosened your grip on the knife, gesturing your defeat.

He took the knife out of your hands and placed it on the counter as you fell onto your knees, Gojo doing the same to ease your fall.

"I just want to see her again", you choked out through your sobs. Gojo pulled you back into his chest in efforts to comfort you. He had no clue what to say in this type of situation. All he could offer was his presence.

He hated to have to hear her sobs but he was powerless when it came to these kind of things.

"Just.. one m-more time", you stuttered as you brought your arm over your eyes.

You felt guilty. Guilty for not doing more for your mother before her passing, never asking her what she wanted.

And now, the regret taking over your mind would take over you before any other thoughts. Inside your head was an absolute mess, your thoughts were all over the place and trying not to think was definitely not working for you.

You soon felt Gojo's hand on you cheek while he turned your head to face him.

In an instant, you felt his lips press firmly against yours.

"Calm down", he said softly. "And if you need anything, i'm here", he comforted.

You appreciated his efforts in trying to condole you greatly.

You gave him a small smile and a nod.

"Thank you".
