STEP ONE ; start with a light solid color. I do recommend a shade of gray, however feel free to experiment with other colors!

STEP TWO ; Add some type of decor in the top left and bottom right corners. It can be like what I have, or something else. Whatever you think will fit with your cover the best.

STEP THREE ; add a colored circle. Inside the circle, add a small white circle outline.

STEP FOUR ; add two small white rectangles. Add two colored rectangles nearly over the white ones. Then add a shadow under the white rectangles. This step is easier if you make a new layer for each set of rectangles.
