Step One: start out on a blank canvas and add your PNG. I did have to edit this particular one a bit. I'll add this texture to the end of the chapter and you can just crop it. Or you can message me on Discord @ chanstralia#9428 for the actual PNG so you don't have to crop it.

Step Two: Add the image of your faceclaim. Duplicate that image cause you will need another one.

Step Three: Take one of the images and blur it. Make that the first layer.

Step Four: take the second image and place in on the png. You might have to change blend, clip it, and/or erase parts of the image.

Step Five: Add a shadow between layers
