STEP ONE ; open you faceclaims image in Pics Art. Find the effects button at the bottom and choose it.

STEP TWO ; Find Magic and choose Undead. You can keep the settings or change to your likings. Save this image image done.

STEP THREE ; on a blank canvas in Ibis Paint, choose the picture icon in the upper corner. Scroll dowm until you see Paper Template. Scroll down and find the paper that you want. If it's too light, duplicate the layer and adjust the blend and merge them together.
