Since I haven't been to one of Randy's wrestling shows in some weeks, I decided to show some support with Malika Haqq. For the last hour we have been watching wrestlers literally throw eachother around.
"Are you sure that this is PG?" Malika takes a sip of her drink.
"Yeah." I cringe as some performs the backbreaker.
"Jesus." Malika looks at the ring in surprise. "How is that guy not dead yet? I really don't understand how he got up after they done broke the announce table."

"Yeah, people tend to get injured a lot." I rub my lips together. "Randy has told me about wrestlers who have retired due to brain injuries and broken necks."
"Oh hell no." Malika pops her lips. "Atleast your man is about to wrestle soon, ain't nobody about to break his neck with you out here."
I laugh at her words, "All hell would break loose."
"AYE!" Malika grabs her neck while wincing as one wrestler performs the power bomb. "My God."
I go to laugh but when the man performs the same move, I find myself wincing at the impace.
"If that small guy gets up then he better come to church with me because I want whatever he has." Malika picks up her cup and drinks the rest of her contents. "He can pour that holy water in this little cup of mine."
I snort before laughing, "Shut up."
The rest of the match is brutal but I was happy when they announced that Randy's match is coming up.
"Why don't people bring towels to these type of events?" Malika asks as we leave the concession stand with hot dogs and more drinks. "My wig is lifting because these men done made me sweat."
Malika continues to crack jokes which make me laugh and I'm just happy that I brought her along.
