Violet POV:
It sucks that Clementine isn't here leaving me all alone in this shitty room. I sighed laying there as I thought about the dream I had the other day wondering exactly what it mean. It just made since that it meant I truly loved Clementine, but I'm not one hundred percent that's what it meant. A sudden jolt of pain rushed in my ankle causing me to sit up wincing in pain. "Fuck...RUBY!" I yelled out not hearing anyone come up the stairs. They must've been outside of the house,so now it was just a fucking waiting game. "RUBY!" I yelled out once again, but this time I heard someone coming up. AJ opened the door looking at me with a face of concern thinking I was really hurt. "What's wrong Violet?" he asked walking over next to me which I'll admit it was nice knowing her cared about me. "Hey..where is Ruby?" I asked wincing again at the pain in my ankle once again. "Ruby is outside I'll go get her," AJ said before running off. I didn't even have a chance to tell him what I needed him to tell her. A couple of minutes passed as I begin to sweat from the pain in my ankle. Finally Ruby opened the door walking over to my bedside knowing I was in pain. "Listen Violet we don't have anything to help with the pain. I need you to be strong for all of us," she said which wasn't what I wanted to hear. "God damn it!" I yelled out knowing her positive go-lucky attitude wasn't going to relieve the pain. "Fine just get out of here," I said flagging her to leave as I winced in pain again. Ruby sighed shaking her head as she walked out the door feeling sorry she wasn't able to help. Damn it Clem wherever you are going I hope they have painkillers.

Clementine POV:
Maggie and I had been walking for what felt like hours, but was probably only thirty minutes. "I'm gonna guess you were part of that school not far from here," she said with a bit of southern twang. "I'd assume you know that is was destroyed by some group," I said with a sigh. "I figured you were running away from all that chaos those people did," she said nodding a bit. "I actually used to be the leader of that school funny enough," I said causing her to look at me a bit. "You know I never guessed you as the leader type," she said kind of making me feel insulted. "What do you mean by that?" I asked in a sassy tone as we walked. "Clementine you seem more like the silent badass," she said causing me to smile a bit. "Hey I can be sometimes," I said with a small shrug knowing at one point I was just a total jerk to everyone. "I always saw the place, but decided never to try it since big groups usually end in death," she said looking down at the ground. Clearly she had been through a lot just like so many of us have been. "I wish I could've made this one last longer," I said knowing somehow it was all my fault it was gone. "Did you have anyone special back there like family or something?" she asked looking at me. "A girlfriend and a boy who I've been raising since he was a baby," I said causing her eyes to widen a bit. "Shit I'm sorry for the loss," she said assuming the worst had happened. "Don't be they aren't dead," I said causing her to stop. "Wait if they aren't dead why are you here alone?" she asked confused on why I'd be alone. "My girlfriend is injured and one is a child,so they didn't seem suited for the task," I said with a shrug as we begin walking again. "It's funny whenever all this started I was just a kid who wanted to be a princess with her Prince Charming, and all that fairy tail bullshit. Now I just hope to survive day to day," she said really putting in perspective how the world had changed. "I know that exact feeling, but when I was a kid I never imagine myself with a princess charming," I said causing us to both laugh a bit. Slowly we begin to slow down knowing a town wasn't too far ahead. "How do you want to do this?" she asked looking at me. "We should stay together make sure no one gets killed," I said as we walked into the woods. The best route was to avoid the main part of town, and stick to the back way keeping us out of any walker's eyes. We crept up to the town quickly looking over it making sure it wasn't too overrun. "I'd expect more from a town," she said as there were lots of walkers just not as many as you'd think. "Let's do it," she said as she begin jogging to the town with me following. We snuck up behind a old grocery store sneaking under the garage doors where trucks would drop off food and stuff. Slowly she put her fingers up to her lips flagging my vision ahead. "Fuck," was all I could think to myself as all I could see was a bunch of walkers. I noticed Maggie pick up a brick from outside earlier. Quickly she tossed the brick as far as she could causing the walkers to begin walking towards the noise. James certainly would've been proud of that. We begin checking some shelves in the back not coming up with much. Luckily we knew not to take that long as we were in and out in probably less than 5 minutes. "Next let's hit up the pharmacy," she whispered as I nodded in agreement checking my list. Violet needed some sort of pain medicine, and I was going to make sure she got it. Slowly we made our way over to the pharmacy entering the back entrance silently. "Lucky for us," she said standing up straight seeing no walkers in the building. "We should still stay silent," I whispered still keeping down low knowing anything could happen. "Clem come on live a bit," she said looking behind the counter. "I'd like to live a bit longer,so I'll stay cautious," I said shaking my head a bit. "Here if you wanna be cautious," she said throwing a small box at me which somehow I caught. "I didn't know you did comedy," I said throwing the box of condoms on the ground. Maggie laughed a bit as she put some small bottles with barely anything in it in her bag. "Hey what are the chances this stuff still works?" I asked kind of questioning it would work still. Maggie just shrugged as she walked back over the door resting her arm on the doorway. "LOOK OUT!" I yelled out as a walker was right behind her. Quickly she managed to dodge it biting her kicking it away. "We got to go," she said as she ran out the door with me following shortly after. "Come on," she said opening another building as we both ran it. The walkers could be seen from the front window making there way to the store, and they could be heard banging on the back door which we shut behind us. "It looks like we are trapped like fucking rats," she said as I sighed knowing this wasn't good.
