"I feel sick" niall says running to the bathroom and collapsing on the floor

"Shh it's ok I'm guna make sure those doctors are quick off the mark nothing will happen I promise" I say as he reaches over to hug me

"Aw niall it's ok" I sigh tearing up at him helpless and scared

"Niall come on we have a little time lets get breakfast" I sigh walking down stairs as he clings onto my arm and kisses my cheek multiple times

"Zoe id rather just sit with you and talk" he tells me

"Oh ok" I smile

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are" he smiles pushing my hair behind my ear running my cheek as he does so

"Niall don't you'll make me cry" I sigh

"But you need to know" he sighs

When we arrive at the hospital we put on our sun glasses and get out the car immediately we are pushed against the car by paps

I hear niall wince in pain

"Oi let go" I scream as one of them tries to grab niall

I franticly search the parking lots with my eyes scanning until I see Paul getting out of his car

"PAUL!" I scream helplessly

"Shit" I hear him say running towards us both picking niall up as I run behind them to the hospital they quickly shut the doors

"Niall I'm so sorry are you ok" I ask him

"Yeah hey Zoe don't worry it wasn't your fault if I was strong enough I would of carried you out of that" he smiles weakly

I look at him in dis pare and hug him sitting on the floor beside him

"Niall horan please" the doctor says as they ask him to follow them I'm close behind

They lie him on the bed and he looks up at me with fear in his eyes

"Baby it's going to be ok I'm not going to leave I'll be here when you wake up" I whisper into his ear

They put a needle into his arm to inject antibiotics into his blood stream

"I love you" he sighs running my cheek once more

" I love you to" I say my voice cracking as he try's to keep his eyes open

"Go on go" I say as tears start to pour down my cheeks he uses his last bit of strength to kiss me hard on the lips

The bed starts to move and I grab his hand "NOOO" I scream frantically still holding his hand someone comes up behind me and hugs me causing me to let go

"AHHH NO PLEASE" I cry hysterically

"Shh zoe" I hear my best friends voice say as I collapse onto the floor into her arms
