After what happened to the Vytal Festival. Y/n was angry that his father died and his only ally's refused to investigate the issue. Y/n felt betrayed and everyone think they have no right to ignore this issue. It was then Ghira and Seinna came because they where invited from the new kaiser Y/n.

Y/n: "Ghira.....Sienna..... I'm glad you came."

Ghira: "Yes and I'm sorry for you father's lost...."

Seinna: "Y/n please it's not my fault. The White Fang is now going towards Adam....."

Y/n: "Yes but who was to blame really."

Y/n: "The four kingdoms. This so called Vale, Mistral,Vacuo, and Atlas. They been very quiet and don't care. Even if they hear us. They been quiet. Now we will break this silents and end this. If we go to war, they will hear our voices."

Ghira: "Are you seriously? You want us to join you in this war?!"

Y/n: "Yes or do you want my people to blame your race for attack my family?"

Ghira: "*Sigh* Your right. Maybe it's time that violence may solve this."

Blake covers her face knowing the German Empire with their ally will hate them until Y/n was making his announcement.

Y/n: "To all who those who are loyal to the Kaiser......Those so called White Fang are resemble for the attack on my family and the murder of the Kaiser. I Kaiser Y/n will not blaming the Faunus but the kingdoms of Remnant."

Everyone gasp as he was blaming the kingdoms for this issue.

Germany and Austria-Hungary are beginning to mobilized. With the death of the Kaiser, the German people supported Y/n and wanted to take revenge. Even if the Faunus was the causes of this, the blame was on the four kingdoms. Men began to train and prepare for the invasion or defense for the fatherland. Y/n let in Marshall August Von Mackenson who is a war hero. He wanted to counter attack as the kingdom has more armies even elite huntsman and huntresses. Chemical warfare is limited but if the enemy comes then Chemical warfare is legal. Y/n later really his ally the Austria-Hungarian as they supported him for the queen. conscription of the army increased and prepare to defend the fatherland. Atlas with their armies and allies are now invading the west of Germany. Seeing this, the Germans where not prepare for this invasion. Atlas took parts of Germany but the people are mad. They began to sabotage supplies and other things so they can slow their progress. Y/n didn't mine as he needs more to attack. The Germans will have to face a very advance army that would take toll on millions.
