Chapter 6 Attacking Vacuo and Empress to war

3rd Pov

Weeks after the invasion of the Netherlands, the Germans with their allies launched a attack in Vacuo. German plans was to land the city called Mersel. It's in the jungle city where it was good to set up ambushes and scouts.

Germany does not have lots of manpower in Vacuo but later when the Faunus are done. They will be their reinforcements in their operation. General Paul Lettow-Vorbeck began to take the islands then the mainland. The German invasion made fear of the kingdom as grimm raids attack the villages and town. Many of the soldiers began to move people to cities where they are safe but with issues with food. The Germans with their allies take the islands and towns.

The Germans later on starting to attack on Mersel. They hopefully use this as a supply base and supply more troops and their reinforcements. The Germans in Germany made their homeland as a battlefield. Trenches where made to defend, German officers received a message from the city of Mersel that the people city was infested with Grimm. The people where so scarred that it made the Grimm to attract all of this negative and wanted German assistance. Since all of their armies are invading the Germans while some are defending the city. More Grimm jeeps attack causing their supplies to get least. German officers called their General Paul to make orders wether they will help him. General Paul calls Kaiser Y/n if they want to help the city. The Kaiser approves but he will make demands. He demands to join the Germans and take up arms against their people. He wants to tell them that the war to blame was the government. They did not take it serious on their demands and they started this war. Paul later tells his officers to go to the city. The city of Mersel surrenders to the Germans but they keep their weapons to protect but they kept their eyes on them. The Germans with their allies army was helping the people seeing they are just citizens not monsters. They trained the Militia how to use German weapons while they defend their borders. The kingdoms reacted to the city as it was treason to join the enemy. The kingdom diverted more soldiers who were supposed to defend the towns where upset. They don't want to kill their own people because some have families in the city. It was then they joined the Germans to defend their homes and their people.

The Germans later took Kenvir while and made it as a base of operations. The Austria-Hungary army who are in Vacuo set up more weapons and men to defend the city. They wanted to counter attack while they try to not be the bad guys.

Meanwhile

Back at Germany, Kaiser Y/n was still planning until he sees his wife dressed up in his battle uniform.

Y/n: "W/n? Why are you that uniform for?"

W/n: "Because I wanted to come with you for battle."

Y/n stands up with fear knowing what happened to her uncle and aunt was going to happened to her.

Y/n: "No honey!!! I can't let you or my family die!!! Did you see what happened to your uncle and aunt!!! They where assassinated and caused a world war!!!"

W/n: "But it's my duty as Empress of my Empire and Queen of my people to help you!!! Did you just married me just you can take my empire and combine it to yours!!!!"

Y/n was silent knowing he doesn't want her empire but he wanted to show his love and sacrifice for her.

Y/n: "*Sign* You maybe correct. I wanted to take the empire but I did it for you."

W/n: "For me for what?"

Y/n: "What happened to well my uncle and aunt in law was tragic for me and maybe of your family that died. I can't stand there and watch as your family die so I told my father I wanted to married you to protect you. My father opposed this as they would caused another war but I instead left him. I left my people and kingdom for you. Even I have lots of regrets not seeing my father but seeing you made me happy. Look we have many children and those we have adopted the children of the polish throne. The reason I did was that they are the birthright of their republic and kingdom. Jadwiga will be the queen and will make great relations of Germany and Austria."

W/n smiles while Y/n tries to remember what he had done for her.

Y/n: "Remember the day when we met after the war. You where at the grave of your grandfather. He's was a good man and an good ally. I remember how he met my grand father met yours. Sometime maybe in increasing good relations......When I was young, I met your uncle. He was a kind man and was fit to be Emperor until the crisis happened. I took the blame on Serbia because how much those people who wanted to murdered my uncle. I was angry on the allies so I made them feel their pain. Now their nations are a socialist nation and I brought down the British monarchy."

W/n: "Don't feel so bad. They are safe in America."

Y/n: "But was it worth the revenge I need. Was it the sacrifice for my father....."

W/n holds his hand while she smiles. Showing Y/n made him hope he will protect the last of what family he has. He then accepted to come with her to the frontlines. Everyone in the trench where tired due from they are in a world second war but they have reason that the blame was on the kingdoms that they didn't have more rights on their Faunus allies. Y/n with his wife came as some soldiers who are German, Austria-Hungary, and Faunus. They looked as the two made a speech to improve their moral and reason.

Y/n: "My loyal soldiers of the fatherland!!! I came here for a reason why we are in this war. My father was good man. Even if some say he was bad. He did the right thing as he helped my wife's grandfather. My wife came so she will see how she is very supportive to her empire. I did not force her. She made her choice to be in this battle.

W/n: "My loyal people of the empire. I W/n daughter and empress of the Austrian throne will show how I care for my husband and my people. Kaiser Wilhelm my father in law say I could caused the second war but he was wrong. My husband did the right thing by forcing the kingdoms that they do not take action!!! They are like our old enemies!!! Even this so called Americans are a butch of people that they say they care for themselves not their immigrant people!!! It's time my people!!! We will win this war and change the world!!!!"

Everyone cheered as Y/n and W/n looked at each other and kissed. The men became to whistle to see how the two began their great relationship.
