I walked into the blue lagoon. Dressed as if I was going to some fancy party. But if I was to have the plan go through as I wanted.... it was needed. I wore a simple lace black dress with a slit down my leg and added a shall with Swarovski crystals to seal the deal. I added white stiletto heels not exceptionally tall but it added a few inches. I finished it off with a white wig. Although he said I wasn't in danger I didn't trust that anyone in the bar wouldn't give away information of my appearance.
I looked around and saw two bodyguards outside the entrance to get to the back. They shouldn't be a problem now that I have my coin. If possible I would've just used my quirk but there was no way I could go through the 6-inch metal door that led to the back. I made my way to the bar and sat on one of the stools. The bartender made it over to me. "What'll it be".
"Two Appleton Estates" he nodded. He pulled out a cup and grabbed an ice ball placing it in the cup softly. He pulled out an almost empty bottle and poured it into my cup. It ran out. "Let me go get a new bottle. I'll be back shortly." I nodded. I turned to look at the live performance. It was a jazz band. They played Louis Armstrong, one of my favorites. I felt someone's presence next to me.
"What's a pretty thing like you doin in a place like this" I didn't bother to turn around.
"What's a cheap thing like you doing in a place like this. I didn't know the blue lagoon let just anybody in." I turned to face him. Realization hit me. He was the man I had met earlier this week. I kept my cool. "But from the looks of you guess they changed it up huh"He smirked. "You've got a mouth on you don't you" he reached for my glass and lifted up to his lips. I wondered if it burned his mouth if he drank alcohol. From the looks of it those scars on his face weren't healed. I looked him up and down his arms and neck had them as well. Before he was able to take a sip I snatched the drink out of his hand.
"You taste it you pay for it"
"How much do I have to pay for you?" he looked my body up and down. I noticed this and moved my dress to show my leg and the holster that held my blade.
"You can hire me. Just not for what you want"
"I knew there was no way a pretty girl like you would be holed up here for no reason" I looked down at my drink and moved my glass around letting the ice clink. I smiled.
"I've got the bottle ma'am." the bartender returned and began to pour the second cup. I stood up and pulled out 250k yen and dropped it on the table. "This is too much ma'am"
"I'd like to also buy a blue lagoon for this young gentleman here" I turned to look at the man almost asking for his name. He took the cue.
"Dabi"
"Ahh, well Dabi it was nice speaking to you I'm sure we'll meet again someday but I've got to take my leave" The bartender had finished the drink and pushed it to Dabi. The drink was a bright blue cocktail with practically no alcohol. "Well you enjoy your drink there" I smirked. His smile dropped as he looked at the unappealing drink. As I walked away I could practically feel his stare burning the back of my head. I reached the door to the back and was stopped by the two bodyguards.
"Well, well, well, where do you think you're going" I smiled and raised the coin I had in my right hand. They nodded. One of them opened the door. "Do you have any weapons on you" I brought my leg out of the slit and showed my holster. He moved out of the way and let me in. As I walked through I heard the other one ask why I was let through with my weapon. He simply responded, "You think that can cut through his skin?"
The guy stayed quiet. I was confused but kept walking. I heard the door close behind me. I walked down a hallway and looked around and saw cameras on the walls. I expected this. I grabbed my shall and slowly ripped off the crystal on the very corner and dropped it into the drink. It dissolved almost instantly. Perfect.
