Dust POV:

I'm in my home, watching TV absentmindedly, my focus elsewhere. Specifically, on the human who recently moved into the neighborhood. Something seems off about them, but I can't place it. I decide that it's probably just me being paranoid. After all, they are the first human to move here.

Yet the feeling remains.

Maybe I'm just hungry, I haven't had lunch yet after all...

I head to the fridge, and look inside. There's nothing worth eating, half of the food in there has gone off. The other half had always been inedible anyways. I guess I'll just have to wait for Papyrus to get home with the groceries.

...

Papy should be here by now...

Suddenly I hear a commotion coming from the street. I get the feeling that I should check it out. As I open the door I hear my brother's voice.

"Please human, I just want to help you! It's okay! I still believe you can-!"

I watch, helplessly, as the human attacks him, dusting my brother in one fell swoop with the raw power of malicious intent.

How could they...? How could they kill something so innocent? Someone who just wants to help? How could they kill him, with no sight of remorse?!

I dont have the time to notice the piles of dust, all that remains of the other monsters, lining the street as I surge out of the house, a crazed rage taking over my mind.

This would be the last mistake they ever made.

My eyes surge open, pulling me away from the horrible dreamscape of suppressed memories. Or at least, I wish they were suppressed, but Paps wont let me forget them.

As I slow my breathing I feel my brother's cold, translucent hand placing itself on my shoulder.

"I know it is hard brother, and I know sometimes you wish it was not so, but you must remember this day. for it will forever remind us of our purpose, Of your purpose." he says in a sickly sweet tone, his voice like wind whistling through the windows of a long abandoned house.

"I know." I respond, my voice plain.

"We must continue fulfilling that purpose tonight"

"I know." My voice merging with his as I feel my eye glow a bright purple, the eerie light filling up the room, Igniting my friends' faces in purple flames. I barely give them a glance as I grab my jacket, feeling the rough fabric wash over my torso. Then, finally, I open the door. Starting my nightly cycle, once again.

HELLO AGAIN MY BEAUTIFUL MURDER MUFFINS! Hope you enjoyed the chapter! I know it's short, but I'll (hopefully) have a new one for you guys soon!

See you next time!
