Babysitting, I loved it but I also hated and right now it was the second option.

Don't get me wrong I love my cousins but today... I could send them to another country just to not be hearing them annoy me all day. It was a normal thing for us to hang out since I would pick them up from school and we'll just do something else but now they were staying with me for a week and today they had a football game at school that I wasn't aware and I was hearing all day about the preparation for it and not just from them but from the entire team.

Mason bailed on me last minute but I couldn't be mad at him since Chloe was extremely sick and because she lived alone she wasn't doing much to get out of bed, therefore she needed someone there and for that I couldn't be mad at him.

But of course I was still cursing whoever got Chloe sick since this was the definition of a nightmare.

I love football if I didn't I wouldn't work with it but I hated some people that thought they knew it all and that included parents who couldn't wrap their heads with the fact I was here replacing my uncle and aunt since they were out of the country at the moment.

- Here's your coffee - I heard from behind me and looked to see none other than Kai Havertz

- What are you doing here? - I said confused but standing up and hugging him exactly making him laugh

- Mason asked if I could come cause you were probably going to be hating in here at some point and I feel like this point has arrived - He said laughing pointing at myself who was attempting to hide from the crowd

- They wanted me to help with training, like I'll help with what I know but I don't know how to shoot a ball straight - I said annoyed and he laughed again pulling me up from the bench

- I'll be your knight in armor and help them, come on - He said walking along me to the pitch where they were standing

- Finally Hailes - Carson said coming towards me and I rolled my eyes

- Take him, he's helping in my place - I said pushing Kai towards him seeing my little cousin's eyes almost bulge out of his face - Earth to Carson

- You didn't tell me you'd bring Kai Havertz - He said looking at me surprised and Kai laughed - Hi man, you're one of my favorite players - He said hugging the player making me laugh

- Hey man, let's go, your cousin is boring - He said getting a slap in his arm

- Good luck, don't get injured for god's sake - I said looking at my cousin's

- You are more worried then my mom - Jack said rolling his eyes

- I know, right? Next time you can come by your self Kai - Carson said and I rolled my eyes at the twins - luckily for me, not identical -

- I'll come, don't worry, good luck guys - He said making a combination of high fives I've never seen before

- What the hell was that? - I looked confused at the footballer seating next to me

- We made a handshake duh - He said before being approached by another family wanting a picture

- I'm sorry about it - I said feeling bad since it was my fault he was in this position

- I don't mind Hailes - He said seating next to me and giving me some of the snacks he had purchased

Apparently I have an awful bad mouth because I asked the boys not to get injured and at this exact moment I'm seating next to a injured Jack while Kai is in the waiting room with Carson.

All I didn't need was an injured cousin while his parents were out of town and that's exactly what I got.

- Sorry about this - Jack said after the doctor left the room

- Hey, don't apologize, it was that other guy fault, he clearly didn't do that nicely - I said seating at the side of his bed and caressing his hair - Plus, look at your luck, your favorite cousin can help you - I said smiling at him

- You're not a doctor - He pointed out laughing

- I'm not, but I do know how to deal with an injury, specially since this one isn't all that bad, maybe a month you'll be back - I said smiling - Your parent's said they would arrive early in the morning, so you'll also be extremely spoiled

- The second part is quite good. - He said and I laughed

- Hey, Kai's signing the papers and we can go - Carson said from the door and we nodded before starting the process of getting Jack up with one of his feet being useless at the moment

- Let's go, do you guys want McDonald's, shake and shack or five guys? - Kai said from the passenger seat of my car while looking at my cousins in the back

- Shake and shack - My cousins and I said at the same time

- I guess it's a family thing - He said laughing opening the app to order

- It's a Brown's thing.
