Y/N Pov

I wake up when a stabbing pain hits me in the abdomen. I open my eyes and gasp for air, trying to figure out why I hurt. A familiar burning sensation works it's way to my nether regions and I groan. Also in my nether regions is wetness, I can feel the slick coming out of me, already sticky and flowing down my thighs. It had definitely seeped through my underwear, and was making its way onto the sheets.

I'm in heat.

My heats are really, really bad. Like so excruciatingly painful that I've passed out from the pain before, and my parents had to take me to the hospital, where it took me a full day to regain consciousness.

It's like my body is punishing me for not being able to have pups.

I mewl in pain as flashes of knives feel like they are tearing into my chest. My pheromones start filling the room, my scent just slightly sweeter than usual. I start to have an unbearable stinging sensation down there.

I had only suffered one heat alone, that was the first month I was in the forest, and I swear I nearly died because of it.

Taehyung bursts in the room in a panic to see me. Undoubtedly affected by my pheromones. He stumbles when the smell hits him like a brick wall in the face, and I know its nauseating to him. I've been known to send other nearby omegas into heat with my strong pheromones.

"Shitshitshitshitshitshitshit." Is all he says before turning and running elsewhere.

Now that my door is open, it gives the chance to spread my scent.

"Fuck!" I hear Jimin yelp as he makes his way weakly out of his room. I feel bad for them, but I couldn't even attempt to tone the pheromones down as more pain seared through my gut and down the muscles in my legs.

I can't hold it back anymore and I scream in pain.

"Holy shit we need to get out of here!" Seokjin yells as if I'm a ticking time bomb. I start to get really hot and I rip off my pyjamas before withering in pain again.

I hear the other omegas rush out of the house and I can only pray that relief will come soon.

Third Person Pov

Namjoons cell rings and he sees it Taehyung.

"Hey hows-"

"GET OVER HERE RIGHT NOW. Y/N IS IN HEAT AND SHE IS IN A HUGE AMOUNT OF PAIN." Taehyung yells through the phone.

"I'm coming." Namjoon says and hangs up the call. He runs up to his room to pack a bag, filled with clothes and some other... things.

Shes in heat... does that mean she wants me to... you know... help her? Namjoon thinks to himself as he drives. He shakes his head, no don't assume things. Just be there for her, comfort her.

He finally gets to the cabin and he rushes out, seeing all the omegas except Y/N on the driveway. They were all panting and squirming and smells like they were in pre-heat.

"What happened? Namjoon asks.

"We were in the house for to long. Her heat pheromones might send us into heat. Our mates are coming to pick us up, but I've never seen someone in so much pain before because of heat." Jin explains and Namjoon thanks him, and wastes no time opening the front door.

As soon as he does he is hit in the face with Y/N pheromones and it was almost enough to drive him crazy. It was so intense, Namjoon actually had to stop and regain his senses before continuing to walk into the cabin.

This smell was doing things to him. Making his animal side come out and all he wanted to do was fuck Y/N until she couldn't walk anymore. The intensity burned his nose and made him aroused, wanting to claim Y/N as his. Animal instincts were slowly creeping up and taking over, but he had to keep his head on straight.
