Namjoon's dad is clearly the moderator in this situation, so he naturally takes the lead.

"One person talks at a time and you must raise your hand and I have to permit you to talk. Understood?" He says slowly, feeling the tension between his wife and son. Both of them nod wordlessly, eyes still locked on each other. Namjoon's grip in my hand tightens slightly.

"Namjoon, tell me the situation." He says and Namjoon licks his lips before talking.

"Y/N is infertile, and I knew that, and I marked her, and mom seems mad about it. And she called her a - and I quote, a 'disgrace to all omegas'." He answers cooly. Sung-Ho nods and turns to his wife.

"Now, say what you think about this." He says.

"Everything he said is true. And I mean it. She has no place in this pack, and especially not with Namjoon. I forbid it." She glares at me.

"So, lets compromise. They can easily adopt. I don't see a problem with that." Sung-Ho says.

"We will become outcasts in society. We are the head pack, we can't tarnish our reputation like that. People will respect us less." Ahn says, while glaring at me. I avert my eyes.

"Well I'm not leaving her. She's mine, I marked her." Namjoon firmly states, his eyes getting darker.

"Namjoon, she's damaged goods. Why would you want her anyways?" Ahn hisses. Namjoon almost jumps out of his chair.

"Don't talk to her as if she's an object." He seethes.

"Well she doesn't do anything, she basically is an object. Look at her. We are fighting about her and she doesn't even have the guts to look at us!" She yells.

That sets Namjoon off. He lunges across the table and his hands close around his mothers neck. Sung-Ho jumps out of his chair in an attempt to get Namjoon off of his wife. I feebly try to pull at Namjoon's arms and I can see the fire in Namjoons eyes, and they burn with the intensity of a thousand suns.

Sung-Ho finally manages to rip Namjoon of his mom and Ahn looked close to passing out. Her face is a light shade of blue and she was heaving breaths with her hand over her chest. Sung-Ho goes to console her, and gently rubs circles on her back while helping her drink some water.

Namjoon doesn't even turn to look at me, and I see not a sliver of remorse or regret for what he just did to his mother. It's scary. He would never look at me that way, but its scary how fast the switch can flip in his eyes from caring to careless. Once Ahn finally regains her posture, she sits up straight and coughs before looking at Namjoon and I together.

"That was unforgiveable." She growls. "I'm giving you an ultimatum. Leave Y/N and stay with us, or you leave the pack and never come back" She finishes.

"Goodbye." Namjoon says without hesitation, and pulls me away heading for his room.

He trudges up the stairs and as soon as he closes his bedroom door, he looks at me with so much love in his eyes.

"Wha-wha- hold on. We're just going to go?" I sputter, a little concerned that Namjoon was acting in rashness and would come to regret his decision at a later date. "Don't you think we could talk this out with them or something?" I exasperate.

He chuckles softly and shakes his head.

"No. There's no reasoning with them. Even if we do, we will never truly be happy. Lets runaway baby." He says to me and my eyes widen.

"We'll move somewhere else and settle in there." He says and I look at him incredulously.

"Uh- wa-well ok sure." I sputter shrugging my arms.
