Switch - Chapter 12

"Won't they notice when you give me the knife?" I asked. Taeil crossed his arms and did a confident smug. "Haechan will distract the guards whilst I give you the things. Then you just have to slyly hide them, and then say that you have to use the restroom. You could use your period as an excuse." Taeil told me.

It sounded pretty convincing yet scary.

"Cool, cool... Can we practice a bit?" I asked.

"Sure." Taeil said. I gave him back the strap and I got Johnny and Lucas as the two guards, then Haechan as the one that will distract.

(3rd person pov)

Y/n had her fancy dress on as she sat  in the same car as Taeil, Mark, Haechan, Yuta and Johnny.

They would help distracting the guards as they get checked for weapons before entering the party.

Her nerves was playing tricks with her mind, but she had to get a grip. It shouldn't be such a big deal, since the others are so calm.

Yuta with his bandaged arm was almost the calmest one, and it was his baby sister risking her life.

The gang came close to the venue that the party was being held at. The venue was a giant mansion with an even bigger garden surrounding it. There was a fountain too.

There was alot of cars and beautiful people. Y/n realized that it was the other gangs. They all looked so strong and capable in her eyes, it was scary.

She slightly sighed when she was reminded of that she wouldn't have to fight them, like the others in the car.

The car stopped and every passanger gracefully exited. The ones that noticed the new face stared and glared at it. Y/n then realized that this mission of sneaking a knife into the building would become even trickier.

She slightly nudged on Taeils arm. "This is bad, everyone is staring at me!" she whispered to him. Taeil smiled. "Don't worry. You brought a purse for a reason. If you're fast enough, nothing bad will happen." he reassured her, well, almost.

Yuta then grabbed her shoulder and squeezed. "It will be ok." he told her and smiled. Y/n immediately became calmer. Yuta seems to be very calm and warm, which made Y/n more calm.

"Are you on drugs?" Haechan asked and hit Yuta in the head. Yuta became irritated and hit the younger one back. "What if I was Taeyong, you punk!" Yuta asked him.

Haechan smiled "Taeyong loves me, so he wouldn't do anything bad~~"

"Guys, focus!" Mark said as he looked tense. He was also a bit worried now.

Everyone stood in the line to get in. Haechan and Johnny was in front of Y/n, Taeil and Yuta was behind. Mark was in the other line, perfectly lined to enter the same time as her.

Johnny and Haechan was cleared without any problem and it was now Y/ns turn.

She bravely put her confident-face on and let the guard check her bag. After they checked the bag and gave it back to Y/n she turned to Taeil. "Can you just hold this a sec?" she asked innocently.

Taeil smiled and held the purse as she stepped forward and let the guard check her body.

As the guard was turned and the guard parallel was busy with Mark, Taeil stealthily inserted the knife and strap.

Haechan and Johnny was talking to the ones that had entered before them, to make the bystanders not notice anything.

Yuta did the same. He showed his injury and bragged, that distraction was enough for no one to notice anything.
