Stronger - Chapter 14

"Yuta! Should I get your bag?" Mark asked. Yutas arm was healed, but he was slightly weakened.

Yuta shook his head. "No... No, it's fine. I need to become stronger again." he said and gave a warm smile to his younger friend.

Some already had their stuff in their apartments, but the ones that lived at the club had to bring alot of luggage.

This would be the beginning of alot of training and hardships for the NCT gang.

Yesterday was hectic! The only thing I got to do before training was to unpack my suitcase in my new apartment.

It was a pretty small apartment, but I got to have it for myself. The others usually share and that can lead to many feuds.

Right after I got a bit settled Taeyong brought us all together down at the lobby to discuss the schedule. Yuta looked stressed when Taeyong mentioned that I will go last.

He don't talk to me alot, but he still act all protective.

"They chose to do the hacking first... I wonder what shit they came up with for this year..." Taeyong said. Jungwoo, Ten and Johnny chuckled a bit in the far back.

"Last year Jungwoo had to make a game in 1 hour." Jeno, who was standing by me said. I furrowed my brows in confusion.

"What does that have to do with hacking on a criminal level?" I asked. Jeno shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe he had to show how fast he can think under pressure... And how fast his coding is." Jeno then suggested.

"Fair enough." I said and exchanged a friendly smile to him. Jaemin stood behind us and cleared his throat, clearly directed at us.

He chose to act passive agressive instead of going to therapy for his issues.

"Then we have the engineering. Taeil and Renjun, I heard that one gang had researched more about tanks." Taeyong said and took a glance at the two.

"I was a war weapon technician before, don't ya remember?" Taeil said. He was as cocky as ever.

Renjun did a thumbs up to show that they had the situation under control.

"2 weeks later we have all the combat based ones that will last almost a whole month. We just have to train alot and not get to stressed." Taeyong said.

Many gangs mostly focus on combat, it seems like.

"In September the snipers and drivers will have their stuff parallel to each other. Doyoung, you will be in charge of training the snipers." Taeyong said.

Doyoung then nodded and let our leader proceed.

"Chenle will have an easy win this year too." Taeyong said and chuckled.

Everyone laughed. I guess that they had an easy win last year...

"Then exactly 2 months after the championship begins, on the 20th of September, Y/n will have her first challange." Taeyong said as he closed the schedule calendar.

He smiled and looked at his family. "If we keep on focusing on the right things... This year will be ours, like the previous ones. We've got this."

Everyone got hyped up by his words and this lazy Sunday morning got more energetic.

We didn't get the specifics when it comes to the challanges, but Xiaojun told me that the hackers and spies usually finds the information by themselves, so I'm counting on him and Jungwoo to find the deets.
