Tam straightened his tie. "Biana do I have to do this again?" He asked.

His wife kissed him quickly and fixed his tie. "Yes honey. It's for Jada. You know how much this means to her."

"Fine. Let's go. Jada, Leon let's go!" Tam called.

The two kids, Jada the oldest, and Leon the youngest, bounded down the stairs.

Jada looked positively terrified. "I'm scared Mama."

"It's okay Jada. I remember what happened at my first match gala."

"What?"

"The family gave their approval. And I married him."

"Just like that?"

"No sweet girl. I was only sixteen. A lots happened to me and your father since then. I'll tell you some other day."

Leon groaned. "Do I have to go to this Dad?"

"If I have to, you have to."

"Tam Song! Do not influence your son!" Biana fixed Leon's brown hair so it wasn't covering his silvery blue eyes.

"Biana Song, you can't tell me what to do."

"Yes I can, I told you not to die, and you didn't." Biana tucked a curl behind her ear and took his arm. "Come on kids. To Everglen Manor we go."
