Part 61

29th October 2022

Harry was going to Guernsey for the weekend just to check everything was okay and ready for all of them going for the twins and his birthday until boxing day. Sue and phill visit when they can but abi felt like they should have a full month and a half to their grandchildren considering the christening was in Huddersfield so abi's family see them more and she just felt awful about that even though Harry said it was fine however abi didn't listen. Harry was just in the shower before getting ready to go to the airport. abi feeding charlie after bella has started eating on her own. abi just thinks charlie wants her to do it because he can't be arsed so she decided then and there that it was the last time she was going to hold his little square bits of toast and just stop the mothering about food full stop. 

"no you can take it" abi said slowly to charlie which he gave her a cheeky grin not holding it "charlie come on hold it your self" abi smiled. charlie opened his mouth for abi to put in the piece of toast "no yourself"

"abs he is a baby he doesn't know what your mean or what you want" ruby said coming in the flat menaing to be picking up something for a client but seeing her bestfriend like that she just had to butt in

"no he is coming up to 1 so i don't need to baby him like a newborn that is everyone but his parnets job" abi explained getting the extra hair dye ruby came to pick up keeping ruby watching the babies 

"whatever" ruby rolls her eyes watching her going into freezy's old room 

"here" abi passed her it 

"cheers" ruby nodded then saying her good byes to abi and shouting something to harry and who just came out the shower and into the kitchen as ruby left 

"who was here" harry asked only in a towel tied around his troiso 

"only ruby" abi giggled picking up charlie's toast again and putting it in his hands "eat child" abi said giving up and hand feeding him. harry chukled as he walked to the bed room to get dressed coming back with abi head on the table ad charlie clapping in laughter 

"what's wrong wtith yu-oh" harry started to laugh at abi who had jam on her nose and forehead  

"it's not funny" abi mutted not caring to wipe it off until he eats all of it "little-" abi plausing so she didn't say it but harry new what she meant "doesn't eat it but threw it at me"

"that's my boy" harry jokes ruffling charlie's hair "pass it here" harry seat on the opposite side og the table and charlies seat in te middle. abi gave the last piece of toast to harry then getting up to wipe th jam off her face "see done" harry slaming his arms together 

"little shit" she whispered dropping the wipe in the bin 

"oi" harry said tickling her afterwards snaking his ars around her waist laying his head on her shoulder 

"i spent 15 minutes feeding him that and you didn't in less an 3 he is a little shit" abi voice gong lower at the end. harry scoffed then turning into a chuckle making himself some toast "it's the truth" abi said getting minnie off the shlive 

"didn't say it wasn't" harry mumbled waiting for the toast to pop up. 

"make me a tea while your there will you" abi asked  on the sofa after taking charlie out his high chair "the prober way not your wet tea from hell  and use the kettle" abi said 

"tea is already wet abs" arry laughed

"yeah well it teasts wet and soggy when you make it so i am trusting you make it the right way and the fact you use yorkshire tea to make your like astounds me" abi said 

"stop crying about it" harry rolled his eyes jumping on the counter daggling his legs off the kitchen counter 

"what time is it then" abi ased forgetting 

"a have another hour until i need to be at the airport" harry answered getting the butter for his toast 

"okay" abi smiled putting on tlc the showing being say yes to the dress one of her favourites but it was bridemaids edition which made it 10x better because of the arguments about the horrible dreses the bride picks out "ew green" abi rolled her eyes as the bride told the lady what kind of colour she wanted "tree hugger" abi mumbled as the lady said it was becasue of her plants in her house 

"what are you on about" harry came to teh telly watching the bridemaids come out to show the bride "oh that" harry rolled his eyes

"ha she hates it" abi pointed to the maid of hour

"when is your sister getting married" harry asked

"why" 

"because it feels like it been 2 years" harry poured in the hot water from the kettle in the mug

"it was only last year don't think they have set a date yet" abi answered "shut up you don't know anything about good colour combos" abi said to the bride on the tv "how"

"who dare she" harry said doing his jazz hands afer she said yes to the dress

"innit" abi giggled

"are we going to say bye to daddy" abi said to bella holding her and to walk to the door with charlie sitting on her hip and abi supporting him with her hand "bye" abi waved Charlie's hand as Harry bended down to bella giving her a kiss then coming back up kissing abi and charlie forehead 

"right bye love you" harr said beginning to walk out the door 

"bye say bye" abi told them not expeting

"bi" charlie mumbled as harry walked away from the door popping his head in the door frame after hearing 

"say bye"

"bi"

"clever boy" abi ruffled his hair kissing the side of his head as arry came up and taking him out her arms

"well done" harry boned hi around akign him giggle "bye" harry said again trying to get Charlie to say it again which he sort of did. harry kissig them again saying bye for the 50th time 

"love you" abi said before he shut th door

"love you" harry said as the door closed
