Hermes search for Persephone

Zeus soon noticed the crops wilting. "Hermes what's going on why is the crops all wilting!" Hermes casually leaned against the marble walls of Olympus, "Hey all I heard was Demeter was sad cause Persephone was missing." Lighting flashed across the sky as a sign of Zeus's rage. "Well go investigate more than Hermes!" Hermes ran off seeing Zeus's anger. That day as Hermes was leading some people of the dead to the Underworld he saw Persephone with Hades. Running over to Persephone Hermes yelled, "Persephone what are you doing here?" Persephone turned around to see Hermes running towards her, With a jolt of panic Persephone ran in the opposite direction as Hermes. "Hey, Persephone where are you going! Wait up!" Persephone ran to Hades who was talking to the furies about something. "Hades!"

"Yes, my love?" Hades looked at Persephone confused as to why Persephone looked alarmed. "Hades .... Hermes has found me." The last little bit of color that was left drained out of Hades face making his face as pale as the moon. "o-oh no no no, Persephone hide!" glowing light got closer and closer and there stood Hermes confused ."Hades have you seen Persephone?"

"No, I have not seen Persephone." Hermes soon ran off to look for Persephone. After a long day of searching for Persephone Hermes returned to Zeus."So did you find Persephone?"

"Yes I did Zeus, Persephone is in the Underworld with Hades." Zeus sighed and told this to Demeter who was sitting beside Zeus still crying. I look of rage rippled across Demeter's face as she screamed "What! Our beloved daughter Persephone was probably kidnapped by Hades!"

"Tell Hades he needs to bring Persephone back to Demeter by the end of this week" Hermes nodded and disappeared in a flash of godly light. The message was delivered and Persephone and Hades were both very worried.
